I was in Maine last weekend, the Harris Walz signs far outnumber the Trump Vance signs. Disappointing but hey, it's Maine. I am hopeful that most Trump voters just decided not to put up signs to avoid the blowback from their neighbors. I'll be voting early in SC this week. #MAHA #MAGA

I do think many folks are still afraid to put up a Trump sign, especially in overwhelmingly liberal areas.

I live in a deep red rural area where I am certain that Harris/Walz voters are afraid to put out signs. Their

impulse is to project their behavior onto conservatives. If this were a liberal enclave, they would be dealing unkindly with their conservative neighbors.

I certainly am.

I had a Republican bumper sticker back in my handsomer days at a festival in the wrong neighborhood and had my car "keyed" as a memorable consequence. Even so, I have been, only recently, shamed into putting signs in my yard, by a friend who's used to baiting the lions. Gritting my teeth, closing my eyes, standing with Trump and Vance and Musk, none of whom would be a close friend in ordinary times, but welcome (welcome) sights at the barricades.

I agree, Jenna, that people might still be afraid to put up TRUMP signs. But, I think, MUCH LESS than in 2016. So, there is more visible support in 2024 AND I imagine, still a large group of people concerned about putting up signs. So I’m going with TOO BIG TO RIG! Send Kamala packing, remembered as the most inconsequential, nay, toothless, ineffectual loser, VP in AMERICAN history.

We have been cowed into not supporting Trump. I, however, put my money where my mouth is and have a Trump/Vance prominently displayed in my front yard. Be brave!!! Trump 2024!!!!!
