Stratosphere aerosol injection of toxic materials is weaponizing the atmosphere, so that the frequencies can direct the ionosphere heaters. It is diabolical that our politicians, state and federal agencies, and universities are in bed with the UN. They call the shots according to the whims of the controllers, the Swiss Banking Authority.
