3. A lot of grifters will be out of business
4. We will have clearly paid any debts to descendants of slavery

Oh, and if you don't believe me that such thriving communities existed, I invite you to visit the Negro Baseball museum in Kansas City, and watch the film of black Kansas City residents describing their communities in the 1940s and '50s. It's eye-opening.

And then I think of BLM raking in all those donations by mostly-white liberals, and that money being spent on things OTHER THAN rebuilding black communities.

Once the family was undermined the communities followed. The real problem for black communities today is fatherlessness, but nobody wants to admit it.

A 50% operating cost would actually be efficient by government standards. 85% is more typical. See Social Security or Medicare.
