“Biologic.” “Biosimilars. “Biogenic.” Hmmmmm. No WONDER my aunt, who is a nurse, says if we’re EVER admitted into the hospital to call her. She’ll fly across country and sit by our side every single minute. I didn’t get it. Now I do. I don’t plan to be hospitalized. But if I am. I’m definitely calling her. And I’m bringing that notarized form with me. Thank you, Jenna. You don’t know what you don’t know. And now we know.
You can’t plan to not be in a hospital for sure. I fell and needed wrist surgery in late summer of 2019. But I didn’t know any of this. After Covid started I saw and read about these forms. Printed them out. I’m not sure where they are now so reprinting. At lockdown I immediate started ramping up immune system protection and I was already in the alternative health sphere so I heard early info about mRNA late 2020. , I decided I would not get those. Maybe the traditional ones, but wait to see what happened. By midsummer 2021 I dug in. Nope. None of them and they won’t make me, come hell or high water. I trust a hospital or conventional doctor about as far away as the chair I’m sitting in right now. Just their billing systems are a clue to not trust them. It’s all a dangerous farce.
Fingers crossed…I have direct primary care, so most procedures are conducted in-house. Had minor surgery two weeks ago…no hospital 😬. Fell while hiking a few years ago, thought I might have torn my meniscus and went straight to his office for X-rays and the works. The day may come when I need a hospital, and hopefully I’ll be prepared…but I’m hoping that day never comes and any care I may need can be handled in-house. My doc tells ALL of his patients before calling 911, to call him first. Love that guy! He’ll be on Dr. Drew April 12 at 5pm Eastern on Fox News…tune in :). He’s AWESOME!
Wow, your doctor sound like a great guy! Glad you have him! I'd love to connect with him so he can better understand the document and how it's delivered to the hospital CEO so that he can offer it to all his patients to protect their informed consent in hospitals. I can be reached on my 888 # (888) 219-3637. Thanks for your comment!!
Just took a screenshot of your comment so I remember to talk to him about it. I have a podcast, and he will be on it in the next week or so. We record next week. I can send you the link to that Substack if you’re interested lol. Thanks so much! You are a rockstar.
Thanks for the info. I have an arsenal of preventative and treatment info and supplies—including IVM, DMSO and Chlorine Dioxide. I’m getting some hydroxychloraquine ? I get blood tests with my functional med doc—thorough ones. I’m, like you, being my own doctor. Crossed fingers, as well. 😊. Cheers.
Jenna back in May of 2024 you pointed me to protocolkills.com for a consent form to prevent unwanted vaccines and such. I printed it out for all of us in my family and had them notarized at that time. It’s in our safe and each of my sons has a copy of everyone’s too.
But if my memory serves it might actually stop them from truly lifesaving things? Or it might be too vague?
Is this new consent form in today’s article different than that one, and how?
Nope, that was Laura’s original website so I suspect you are good… But I would compare the two forms just to be sure nothing changed! I love that you did that! 👏👏👏
What a pleasure to be invited as a reader/subscriber to the 'cool kid's table' of this blog/post. Dr. Margaret offers way more than just Laura's form. A very worthwhile visit.
Since she cross-posted your article, here's her Substack link:
Thank you for sharing Dr. Margaret Aranda's substack! She's a HUGE part of the reason this document is as medically strong as it is now!! I appreciate her friendship so much, too!!
Unfortunately, the "hospital Insider" can NOT recommend the CURRENT ProtocolKills.com version of the form because the original 2023 "Caregivers & Consent" was "materially altered" sometime last year.
If you want the document that the original author, "Hospital Insider" JD/RN would personally use for herself download here: IDoNotConsentForm.com
JuJu, you may want to GET the latest version on IDoNotConsentForm.com which was last edited Sept 2025 which is much much more robust with the additional Medical Updates from Dr. Margaret Aranda, Stanford-trained Anesthesia and Critical Care (a true hospital insider, herself).
It now has protections from any future pandemic repurposing of Remdesivir/Ventilators:
_____I DO NOT CONSENT to a ventilator in the case of a COVID19 diagnosis, or COVID19 variant diagnosis, or ANY virus diagnosis (such as, but not limited to, Bird Flu virus diagnosis, Nipah virus diagnosis, Hantavirus diagnosis) WITHOUT consultation with myself regarding the risks, benefits, and alternatives PRIOR to the implementation of the ventilator. Only AFTER that information is communicated to me shall I choose to either grant consent or to not grant consent for the ventilator.
____I DO NOT CONSENT to medications related to COVID19 protocol, or COVID19 variant protocol, or ANY virus protocol (such as, but not limited to, Bird Flu virus protocol, Chikungunya virus protocol, Nipah virus protocol, Marburg virus protocol, Ebola virus protocol, Hantavirus protocol) WITHOUT consultation with myself regarding the risks, benefits, and alternatives PRIOR to the implementation of the medication. Only AFTER that information is communicated to me shall I choose to either grant consent or to not grant consent for each medication.
____I REQUEST AND CONSENT to the implementation of alternative treatments for a virus diagnosis (such as, but not limited to, Bird Flu virus diagnosis, Chikungunya virus diagnosis, Nipah virus diagnosis, Marburg virus diagnosis, Ebola virus diagnosis, Hantavirus diagnosis). Alternative treatments may include, but are not limited to, Ivermectin, Hydroxychloroquine, Fluvoxamine. If the facility does not allow for the use of any alternative treatments, I REQUEST AND CONSENT that I be consulted for discharge to another facility.
That would be a great gig for nurses, pay them to come advocate for you! They could retire early and then fly around the country saving people who are in the hospital.
Interesting side note, sorry, I’ve talked about my dad’s passing a lot 😉… he took metformin for many years but when he went to the hospital this last fall they gave him insulin. Pissed me off. Much easier to inject something into his IV than get a patient to take an inexpensive possibly safer drug.
I have been thinking the exact same thing. There would be great demand. There would need to be some kind of liability shield, but it would be so valuable. It should be a category of work opportunities in the nursing profession. Someone needs to start a business.
There are Patient/nurse advocates, many supplied by the hospital. Please use a Independent Patient advocate and pay out of pocket as the Medicare paid or reimbursed advocates obviously have major limitations. A simple search is Independent patient advocate. Yes expensive, but they will truly represent your wishes and you won't be constrained by meds & procedures authorized by the hospital or Medicare or insurance. Pay out of pocket or pay with your life is my motto.
This is precisely why when my 20 year old son HAD to have surgery in 2022 (had a similar form) that I brought along (notarized) and had put into his chart and refused to sign the general admission form that gives them permission to do whatever they want (read the stories about ppl getting vaxxed while under anesthesia 😳) and sat next to his bed the ENTIRE 5 days watching each and every move of anyone that came into his room! We even donated blood ahead of time to be stored in case he needed blood products during surgery (didn’t want vaxxed blood either 😳). It wasn’t easy I would say but we also didn’t get too much resistance during it all, the registration clerk who has to get those consents when you check in was confused about how to print the forms because they’re electronic and you can’t even read what you’re signing, she understood that once I explained it to her and she actually said “I can’t believe I haven’t had anyone else ever ask me that!! 😳. I had her print them and we crossed out the section that was a general consent and had her sign next to my son’s that said NO VACCINES!!
Isn't this just word sorcery? It's absolutely insane that redefining words and having someone agree to the newly defined words without understanding what they are agreeing to is moral. It certainly isn't moral and the fact that this is "legal" makes me want to punch a lawyer.
Thanks for sharing this Jenna and thank you Laura if you are ready this! You're literally saving lives and I'll be sure to share this with our friends and family.
Vee, thank you. I'm so appreciative of Jenna for writing this article so more people have access. Hospitals are some sort of sacred cow within the medical community and unless someone brave enough like Jenna talks about it, it's not talked about. Be Prepared. Not Scared.
My wife and I have stated many times that Hospitals are where healthy people go to die. They have saved us both a couple times, but you really need to keep an eye on them so they don't 'help you' in the wrong way.
And it's no help that most of our tenured-by-incumbency-for -life representatives in congress have law degrees. Not to exclude presidents, either. Lies have proven to be the expressway to office. "...read my lips, NO new taxes!".
Just like the CDC redefined the term vaccine to include Covid=19 mRNA clot shots.
Thanks Jenna and Laura for pushing this in the forefront for more people to see. I first knew of this from Dr. Mercola 3 or 4 years ago but this form seems a little more fine-tuned. Appreciate all that you all are doing.
During a recent visit to a hospital -owned GI practice I did what I usually do when asked to sign the forms sight unseen, I asked them to show me a copy. After much searching they were able to find a copy. One of the forms included clauses that I would agree to having my information used to raise funds and to be shared with an organ donation group. I told them I didn't agree and wanted to strike that. They said I couldn't but could completely another form that would get submitted to the organization's authorities and they would determine if they agree.
There was another clause that said I could opt out of the health information exchange which I wanted to do. They had no idea how to do that. I did, because I had worked in the field. After much discussion they told me I couldn't be seen because this all had taken too much time. (It was 7 minutes after my appointment time and I had been there 10+ minutes early.) So I was sent away like the entire thing had been my fault.
I am very encouraged there are organizations working today to help empower patients to fight against these types of practices. I'm going to get the consent form for everyone in my family.
Thank you, Ellen, for this comment. To protect your "end of life" decisions everyone is encouraged to ALSO complete an Advanced Directive (also called Living Will in some states) Please also follow https://x.com/heidiklessigmd/status/1929166242772050006?s=20 Dr. Heidi Klessig on X to learn about the organ donation/harvesting racket in hospitals. "Back in the late 1980s, during residency training, I came in for night call and was told to go up to ICU and prepare a young man for organ harvesting. I believed my authorities when they told me that the brain dead young man I was to anesthetize for organ procurement was dead. Even though he had a normal blood pressure, heart rate, great oxygen saturation, was warm and with good color, and was making urine. In fact, he was more stable than most other ICU patients I had anesthetized. I was so brainwashed that I wasn’t even going to give him actual anesthesia, just a paralyzing drug and meds to keep his blood pressure and heart rate controlled so as not to damage the organs. But when I presented my anesthetic plan of care to my supervisor, he said I should give a consciousness blocking drug “just in case.” I did as I was told, and the young man responded to surgery just like anyone else, requiring the same types and amounts of anesthesia. When I told this story to a pathologist friend, she said that when she removes organs during an autopsy, she doesn’t need to give any of these drugs." Another helpful tool to prevent your organs from being taken without your consent is available at halovoice.org/resources/
Our family went through the nightmare of my stepbrother's organ removal procedure. He was NOT actually dead when the procedure began. It's a racket. Afterwards everyone in the family removed our names from the organ donation program.
Exactly. And in what other industry would you be asked to sign a form you can't see? (We just get the signature pad at most medical offices in Colorado.) Most people just trust and move on because they either don't know they have options or they just want to be seen. Throughout the time I described the clerk pressured me to "just sign" so I could be seen.
First of all, we don't have "Health Care" in this country, we have "Sick Care"... and we haven't had Health Care since doctors stopped doing house calls (I was ~4 the last time my pediatrician did a house call. I'll be 72 next month.)... Here's the facts... the facts are that the modern medical industry is a "Business Model"... and as a business model it can only function as a "Profit Center"... and as a profit center it can only sustain itself if it loses a minimum number of customers and has a positive replacement rate for those customers lost... Now, guess what the reason is that the medical industry considers to be the only reasonable excuse for losing a customer? (Rhetorical question)...
The primary goal of the medical industry isn't to cure you and thereby lose a customer... Its primary goal is to keep you sick and keep you coming back until you're dead.
And along those same lines, the "health insurance" companies can quickly process your premium payments, but "slow walk" and deny payment of benefits. When you become expensive to them, they prefer you die, rather than obtain life-extending treatment.
The Insurance industry is just another shit wagon that stinks so badly that I don't have the stomach to discuss it right now... I've still got the stench of the medical industry in my nostrils.
My husband had a medical supply company deliver a bedside commode yesterday. The insurance form I signed said it cost 157 dollars. I can buy the same commode on Amazon for 45 dollars. 😡
I don't understand a single thing about insurance, other than it's a racket that both the insurance industry and the medical industry are in on. Explain to me how one can go to a doctor of any variety, Medical, Dentistry, etc., and the insurance company pays a fraction of the cost to the provider that the out-of-pocket expense would be to the patient, and at the same time, they charge 3x of market value for supplies... It's a RACKET!!!!
The "care" has been removed from health care. My 86 year old mother cracked a vertebrae over three weeks ago, and due to insurance hijinx and provider scheduling issues it will be two more weeks before she has a procedure to reinforce it. One would hope this lack of responsiveness would be unusual, but it is now standard operating procedure. This is the best the industry is willing to do.
Thank you, Laura. I'm sure many can tell similar horror stories. She's just a transaction to the industry. The provider gets paid even if they kill her, and the insurance company hopes she dies before then. Yes, I was bitter before this happened.
I've heard all kinds of hospital horror stories during Covid. My first hospital hostage rescue was November 2020. The dude literally escaped in his hospital gown - catheter still attached and swinging between his legs!
Folks need to stay on the original Medicare and buy the Supplemental insurance. This way you can see most doctors. So far, and we live in very rural area, care for my husband with dementia has been pretty good. Medicare even has the new GUIDES program that will reimburse for respite care. But only if you have the original.
Seniors are getting totally screwed on Medicare advantage.
Laura Bartlett, Founder, Hospital Hostage Hotline & I Do Not Consent Form™: Thank you, Jenna, for taking the time and interest to write about this!! The I DO NOT CONSENT FORM™ has been used during and after Covid so that a patients' 'No' truly means 'No' for unwanted vaccines, drugs (like REMDESIVIR), tests, treatments. Your readers now have access to something practical that could protect them and their loved ones. Also, since medical error is the 3rd leading cause of death, it helps clearly communicate your specific wishes in a documented way. No more excuses by the doctor that he "thought" he heard the patient say something that was completely opposite of what was verbally communicated. I hope nobody has to go to the hospital - but the reality is, my childhood memories of playing the board game "Operation" didn't properly train me to do my own surgery. So, if I'm in a car wreck I'll probably need a hospital after all. Endless gratitude for amplifying this.”
You're a rockstar. I love that you do this and how passionate you are! Us "funny females" stick together, always. (Who'd have EVER thought we'd be here???)
I’m forwarding this to all of my friends and relatives, thank you. I helped my 84 year old uncle draft up an “informed consent” form to present any doctor pushing the clot shot. The letter put ALL future care, due to adverse effects of the shot, on the doctor. Not a single doctor would sign it and my uncle avoided all the nasty clot shots his doctors were pushing. Uncle is now 89 and in wonderful health 😃
Thank you! I can't thank Jenna McCarthy enough for doing this stack on this topic! IMO, everyone over the age of 60 years old should have their own I DO NOT CONSENT FORM™ ready to deploy. Nursing homes and Rehab facilities treat residents and patients like "shooting fish in a barrel!" They are easy pick'ns for receiving every known vaccine, and drug out of convenience and financial gain. It must be signed by the patient themselves while they have mental competency though. This is the way to proactively protect your elderly family and friends: IDONOTCONSENTFORM.com
It annoys me no end that so many trusting seniors (70 and up) submit to ANYTHING the doctor recommends and the doctor will always recommend whatever Medicare will pay for. I think sovereign healthcare and personal choice should replace this forced compliance with Big Business doctors and Big pHARMa solutions . My stolen money for “Maliciouscare “ I want to use to pay for chiropractors, homeopathic and natural remedies. Heck, if I think a voodoo doctor will help, that should be MY decision. New slogan, “My money, My choice”
It's gonna take us physically printing copies of the I DO NOT CONSENT FORM™ and sitting down next to our elderly parents/grandparents to HELP assist them in filling them out. Then, make copies for them. Plus be willing to assist them in getting them delivered to the hospital if ever hospitalized. We can do this! We need to do this. This is how we win in the very devious, sick, rigged hospital game.
hey, were’re all on our way to being elderly, right?! LOL There’s no shame in your game! Actually 18+ and older young adult males are especially at risk of Myocarditis after receiving the covid vaccines and boosters. But anyone should have their ‘NO’ to drugs, tests, and vaccines respected, too. Thanks for getting your family protected. ; )
Nice timing... last night I watched an episode of "Virgin River" where the wife had appendicitis and the husband literally with a shotgun was insisting that his wife was NOT to be taken to the hospital because "people go in but they don't come out".
They literally included the attitude of some of us that we won't go into a hospital unless it is "over my dead body".
Of course the star of the show (a nurse) had to point out that she would die without surgery. They resolved it by "bringing the hospital to her" (literally having an ambulance with surgeon arrive).
What's that saying "Life Imitates Art?" ...or the other way around? Either way, I always tell people that it's wise to avoid hospitals if you can avoid it. It's better you seek help at a "doc in the box" Urgent Care 1st for most of your problems that are not life threatening because they can't "detain" you indefinitely like a hospital can because they don't have beds to keep you overnight. If they determine they don't have what is needed (ie surgery OR, diagnostic equipment) they will transfer you out to the closest hospital.
Yes... art gets inspiration from life and life imitates art. Often it's hard to know which comes first. Usually it's the creative authors / writers that imagine things... then years later real life implements them.
Besides keeping several copies bedside to hand to any NEW doctor or nurse, I'd also ask the nurse in your hospital room to handwrite your REFUSALS TO VACCINES, etc on any whiteboard at the nurses station or in your hospital room (if available)
I also recommend everyone keep a digital copy of their notarized form on their phone since cell phones are always with you PLUS have several copies in your purse, in your car, and in the hands of friends and family (so they can assist you in delivering it per the instructions at IDONOTCONSENTFORM.com (i.e. certified mail return receipt requested and same day courier delivery service)
I love these DO NOT CONSENT forms! Thank you so much for this info and for doing all this work for us. However, I have a few questions: Where I live, there are several hospitals, any of which an ambulance can take you to, depending on your level of need and the area of town you are in. How are we supposed to find out who the CEO of every hospital is, especially including a University-affiliated hospital, which is the only Level 1 trauma hospital in the area, so I can see an ambulance taking you there if your situation is dire. I don’t know how easy to it would be to obtain the CEO information of these hospitals, so how do us mere mortals go about finding that info? And also, am I understanding the directions clearly that we are NOT to send these directives/DO NOT CONSENT forms off to the CEO’s and others until we are already a patient whom has been admitted to that hospital? Won’t it be too late by then, as they make you sign all these consent forms before they will even admit you?
I DO NOT CONSENT FORM™ is compatible with hospital paperwork. It overrides and anything you may have accidentally been tricked to agree to on the General Consent.
This statement on the IDNCF™ directs the hospital to honor your specific wishes:
"Furthermore, the date this Caregivers and Consent document is received by the hospital/facility serves as the date I reaffirm my carefully planned and intentional wishes as described within this Caregivers and Consent document."
You don't need to know the name of the CEO because per the instructions at idonotconsentform.com - you just need the envelope to have the following: CEO, Hospital Name, Address. That's it. "There's only one CEO per hospital so it will get to that person," says the "Anonymous Hospital Insider."
FRIENDLY REMINDER: Do NOT send the document anywhere if you 'aren't an actual patient...you must be currently at the ER or have an upcoming surgery scheduled with a hospital.
Thank you, Laura Bartlett, for your reply to my questions. I do appreciate the clarification. And thank you for all you have done and continue to do for us!
Just FYI, the hospitals are STILL following these inane, barbaric protocols. My 94 YO dad was recently taken to the ER for DEHYDRATION (all he needed was a couple of bags of fluid) and they decided to keep him overnight for “observation.” That night, at 11:40 PM, they did a PCR test on him (4 of them) until he tested positive. He did not have CVD, as I am with him all the time at his independent living facility…he was a healthy as could be, other than him needing to drink some fluids other than Pepsi and coffee. They proceeded that night, around midnight, to give him 3 different sedatives, Ativan, Haldol and Geodon, as they said he was being ‘combative’ (he’s 94 YO and weighs 120 pounds soaking wet.) They also gave him a drug for AFIB, which he does not have, and something for prostate cancer, which he does not have…and the final straw: A 100mg dose of Remdesivir. Thank God I called to check on him and when I found out all they had done, I immediately went over there to take him out of the hospital (I was terrified they would try to vent him!) and when I got there, they would not let him leave, due to his having CVD (which he didn’t). This was only three months ago! It was a battle but they finally agreed to let him to a “rehab” facility. I still have nightmares about it!
GreyCat, thanks for sharing your dad's horrific hospital experience. More people need to share these types of disturbing stories as a cautionary warning to not trust that the hospitals are behaving in way that has your loved ones best interest at heart. Thank God he had YOU!!!
Thank you, Laura Bartlett, for your reply to my questions. I do appreciate the clarification. And thank you for all you have done and continue to do for us!

Absolutely. Keep the original in a safe place at home. Your notarized copy is what you hand to the doctor, nurse, admissions desk and deliver to the hospital CEO via Certified Mail Return Receipt Requested and Courier Delivery Service. (all explained in detail on the 1 page instruction sheet on the website at Idonotconsentform.com. Follow exactly to the letter per the attorney RN who created the process.
This is divine intervention, Jenna! Swear, pinky swear.
I was just thinking about this yesterday. I have this form in a file, filled out, but never got it properly notarized! It’s likely been patiently waiting for my arse to walk it to the notary for 12 months!
Dammit! Thanks for the kick in my pants.
As I believe, there are no coincidences!
I NEVER want to enter a poison prison (aka, hospital ), but I am not a complete moron, so EVERYONE must be armed with this document!
You can get anything notarized for free at your bank. Just walk up to a teller and let them know you bank there and need something notarized. You can also find online notaries if you are homebound, too. Heck, I once received a call around midnight on my Hospital Hostage Hotline (888) 219-3637 because a woman in Minnesota was scheduled to have surgery the next morning. She was terrified. She had PTSD because someone close to her had died due to the Covid Hospital Protocols. Her surgery was necessary to fix 3-4 botched back surgeries that left her in a level 9 out of 10 pain. The NEW surgeon who she had 100% trust in was set to retire 1 month after her scheduled surgery but she was so scared she said "Laura, I'm so scared, I think I want to cancel it!" I've managed to talk her off the ledge. I talked her through how to complete the form and got a MOBILE notary to her apartment. Four hours later she checked into the hospital at 5:30am. The next day I received a text from her. It was a smiling photo in her hospital gown saying "Everything went great! Everyone is treating me better than I've ever been treated, thank you!"
I respectfully have had a different experience. None of my banks will notarize anything unless it has to do with bank business. They used to, but not any longer. So good to try, but don't expect success. I just pay my ten bucks at the UPS store.
Free or Low-Cost Options (Often No Charge for Customers or the Public)Many places provide notary services at no cost, especially to account holders or as a community service.Banks and Credit Unions — Most major banks (e.g., Bank of America, U.S. Bank, Wells Fargo, Chase, Citizens) and many credit unions offer free notary services to their customers/account holders. Some may charge non-customers a small fee. This is one of the most common and reliable free options.
Public Libraries — Many local public libraries provide free notary services as a community resource (e.g., certain branches in various cities/states). Availability varies widely by location—check your local library's website or call to see if they offer it and if appointments are needed.
Other Potential Free Spots — Some universities/colleges, government offices (like city halls or county clerk offices), AAA branches (especially for members), community centers, or even certain employers/pharmacies may offer free notarization. These are less consistent, so verify locally.
Paid Options (Typically Charge a Fee)These are convenient alternatives, often with longer hours or more flexible services, and fees are usually modest (e.g., $5–$15 per signature, depending on state maximums). The UPS Store — Widely available nationwide; most locations offer notary services for a fee. They handle personal and business documents and can often make copies too.
FedEx Office — Similar to UPS, many locations provide notary services (sometimes including online/remote options starting around $25).
Mobile Notaries — A notary comes to you (home, office, etc.) for a fee that includes travel. Great for convenience, especially evenings/weekends.
Online/Remote Notary Services — Platforms like Notarize.com or others allow virtual notarization via video (24/7 availability in states that permit it).
Fees often start at $25 for the first seal/signature, with add-ons possible. This is increasingly popular and legally valid in most states.
Other Retail or Professional Spots — Places like law offices, real estate offices, shipping centers, or independent notaries (searchable via state directories or apps) typically charge a fee.
Navy Federal Credit Union would not. Wells Fargo would not. BOA would not. And another that identifies my area (so I won't be adding the name )would not. And there is a considerable sum in each which is why I have so many banks. This is why I don't trust AI at all. 🙂 Each said they'd do it for bank/credit union specific business, but not if it wasn't. Could simply be my area or the branches I went to, but I was certainly disappointed when I needed something notarized and none of them would do it at all, much less for free. Ended up at the UPS store. So call ahead and ask, is my suggestion.
Thank you, Laura! I had no idea about the free notary at the bank. They actually know me, so it could go either way. 😂😂🤯
Great anecdote! Thanks for sharing this with us. I have been putting something off for four years because I am terrified of all allopathic doctorsand poison prisons.
I already had the form because I had talked to Dr. Aranda after she saw me commenting about a hospital in Las Vegas having killed my brother with the whole remdesivir protocol despite his family (sister and I) being there and explicitly asking over and over for ivermectin and to take him off the remdesivir. (She wanted my notes about the whole thing.) We had to get a lawyer to get him the treatment and it was too late. He wasn't even that sick when he was hospitalized but they started the protocol that night. When I got the hospital notes to share with Dr. Aranda (they gave them to us RELUCTANTLY) I saw they had vaxxed him! He was not vaxxed prior to that. They were also jerks to us because we weren't vaxxed. My niece tried to sue the hospital but no attorney would take the case because the hospital follwed the "standard of care." So yes, get the form. You're a prisoner in their system if you don't take care of the situation yourself. I already used the form and boy were they mad I would not take unvaxxed blood in a tranfusion.
OMG Heather! This is heartbreaking and I'm so sorry. How are we ever supposed to fully recover from injustices like that? A hospital killed my aunt, too. She went in during covid for anxiety; they admitted her and proceeded to "covid test" her around the clock until they got a positive. She was on a vent within a day and died three days later. PERFECTLY healthy 75YO before she went in. My sister also got her medical records and is confident the family would win any lawsuit, but our cousins don't want to pursue it. Grrrrrrr.
I'm sorry for you too. I don't know if anyone can win when they made it so if the hospitals followed the "standard of care" they are immune from liability. My sister and my niece work in the legal profession so if it could have been done they would have done it. Hospital tyranny is real!
Such an important read!! What a hero Laura is as well.
I had forgotten about Budesonide until you mentioned it at the beginning of the article. I think it is the reason my mom never got Covid. She was in her 80s, had COPD, despite tremendous pressure wisely refused the shots, didn’t wear masks unless forced to but had daily breathing treatments which included budesonide.
Good job, Jean Lousie! Did you know that my brother and I (his extremely cheap publicist - AKA "free publicist" made the Budesonide Protocol known worldwide July 2020 with millions of views before YouTube removed it? My fellow FOURFUNNYFEMALES.com cast member created the website BudesonideWorks.com for his interviews, studies, testimonials, etc. " I REQUEST and CONSENT to Budesonide 1 mg. via nebulizer..." is on the form because we knew it was the only drug that was proven to help people come off the ventilator and recover with a Covid diagnosis in the hospital. Although VERY effective - I've never seen a single case of someone asking for Ivermectin or HCQ. Budesonide was what I would always ask the doctor to try for the patient. Some hospital patients got it and are alive today.
This is fantastic and I am sharing with friends and family.
Speaking of medical consent, another point to consider is if you at one time consented to be on the organ donor list, you need to remove yourself from that ASAP. Unfortunately, that's most likely going to involve some fees, since you'll need to get a new driver's license that does not have the designated heart on it, but it's worth it to know you won't be harvested even if you are still able to be saved.
A while back I looked into getting off that thing and if I recall correctly, I basically filled out a form asking to be removed and sent it off into the ether. Nothing happened. No confirmation email, no follow-up. BUT I just had to renew my driver license and there's no heart or "donor" on there?!?! (Yes, it has the star because I'm stupid and did Real ID without knowing it when I moved to TX... it's on the list...)
Jenna, please follow my friend, Dr. Heidi Klessig, an anesthesiologist. She is blowing the whistle on how "brain death" is a lie. Her X page is full of stories of people making full recoveries after being deemed "brain dead." Organ transplantation can NOT occur if the person is truly dead because it renders the organs unviable for transplant. SCARY, right?! Gives me "waking up in a bathtub of ice cubes with 8 inch incision over missing kidney vibes." Everyone should get this tool to ensure the hospital doesn't "accidentally-on-purpose" harvest their organs. halovoice.org/resources/ Also, do an Advanced Directive at https://www.caringinfo.org/planning/advance-directives/ to specify you are NOT AN ORGAN DONOR. - And I'd get it notarized. Less friction when things are notarized.
"There is a specific HIPAA carve out (🙄forgive the pun) for Organ Procurement Organizations to view your personal health information without your permission. Everyone who might potentially become an organ donor has this information shared, even if they are not a registered donor."
The organ harvesting industry is the plot of the 1978 TV Movie "Coma". The book it was based on was authored by Robin Cook, but it was adapted for film by Michael Crichton.
They've been putting it out there for decades now, we just didn't start to see it until the past few years.
My husband died completely unexpectedly and suddenly in November. (No, not the shots; none of us got them praise the Lord). Organ procurement people were calling me at home WITHIN HOURS THAT NIGHT and again the next morning. I told them no, we were not donating. No more do I support that corrupt industry.
A friend who is an awake physician and very aware of the harvesting horrors was here in my kitchen when they called that morning and I answered the phone. She was in total agreement. "How much are you willing to pay me for his tissues? Are you going to pay for his funeral expenses?" were her comments. Since we know the OPAs make $$$ from the donations. Would have been an interesting conversation, had I had the thought to ask. I still would not have let them touch my beloved husband.
Priceless life-saving information. On my “to do” list! And for my family’s “to do” list, too!
I’ve already been pharmaceutically assaulted with a drug I refused in the ER before emergency surgery. Until that moment, I was under the illusion that I was in control (I was fully aware and lucid throughout this emergency) of my medical care. I’ve never felt so helpless and vulnerable. I never want that feeling again.
I'm so sorry for your ER experience, Sophie! Unfortunately you're not alone. My own family didn't know what we didn't know 30 years ago - and it led to my mom dying from medical error and immediate hospital cover-up. We walked into her ICU room and found her already dead - on Mother's Day. To boot - my family consisted of several doctors, a surgeon and nurse! It can literally happen to anybody. Maybe this is why I'm so passionate about this issue. I don't want anyone to suffer like we did...if possible.
I’m so sorry to hear this. My mother died a week after emergency surgery. She fainted in rehab and they sent her to the ER. She died of a blood clot and embolism 12 hrs later. Her records show no jabs so I can’t prove that they jabbed her while she was in the ER and I wasn’t there :(
Thank you Jenna..it will be 5 years in August since she’s been gone and it still hurts. I scoured through all her medical records as well as pharmacy records and couldn’t link her sudden death to the jabs so I will never know and I will never leave anyone alone in the hospital again even for a few hours.
Thank you for the clarification ! I had been informing my family to just write on the intake paperwork. Will be printing out this weekend when l get home.
Good deal. The BEST way is to have a separate document such as the I Do Not Consent Form™ If I can help you in any way, feel free to reach out to me either by DM at https://x.com/ourptrights or by phone at (888) 219-3637
I cannot help but think that these valuable (likely life-saving) exchanges are possible for one reason, the purchase of Twitter by Elon Musk and the immediately thereafter disclosures that the "Twitter Files" revealed. I think that we must remember this singular event and its consequences.
Awe, thank you so much, Nard! I'd love the link to listen! And I'd be happy to be a guest on your podcast, too!
I can’t 💗 this enough. I’ll send it and add you to my list ☺️☺️
😊. Cheers.
You're wise to be as prepared as you can be going into a situation that has proven to be more about profit than patients. www.IDoNotConsentForm.com
You talked me through it. I literally was able to look up our discussion because I saved the link. 🤣👍
Jenna,
What a pleasure to be invited as a reader/subscriber to the 'cool kid's table' of this blog/post. Dr. Margaret offers way more than just Laura's form. A very worthwhile visit.
Since she cross-posted your article, here's her Substack link:
https://therebelpatient.substack.com/?utm_source=substack&utm_medium=email
Additional amazing people mentioned, as well as their knowledge/perspectives, not to mention those in the chat.
Necessary topic, and thank you for putting it out there.
On to filling out and printing out the non-consent form.
Blessings
Thank You!!! ❤️❤️❤️
You're very welcome!
You're 100% right!
This nurse agrees with your aunt. Anyone admitted to a hospital needs a patient advocate 24/7.
This RRT(Registered Respiratory Therapist agrees with your aunt as well, 100%.
Experiencing the deaths of our parents has convinced me you are correct. 24/7
Not Scared.
Thank you Laura!
My wife and I have stated many times that Hospitals are where healthy people go to die. They have saved us both a couple times, but you really need to keep an eye on them so they don't 'help you' in the wrong way.
Fabulous, Mike! May I quote you in my "red pill" library?
> BeyondC19.org
Yes.
Many thanks, Mike! Much appreciated. 🙏
I think it's just slimy manipulation-- nothing to do with sorcery. No credit for lowlife tactics.
That's actually insane! Like NO ONE has ever asked before? The mind boggles!
Yes, and I want to know -- how is asking someone to sign for something they can't see REMOTELY LEGAL???
I fight this and seem to be the only one (mixed human/veterinary practice, they also treat sheep).
Oh NO! I’m so sorry, Mary! Thanks for sharing such a painful memory so people understand the high stakes you’re walking into in hospitals.
"they would determine if they agree"
On what other planet would this even be thinkable? That's not consent; it's coercion.
HIPPAA isn't even about protecting the patient either but about all the legal ways they can disclose your information (like organ donation). Insane.
Totally agree! Don't get me started! 😂
Sadly I can't disagree. Thanks for reading Jennas article and for your comment!
And thank you, Laura! Your lack of disagreement speaks volumes more authoritatively than any comment that I could ever make.
I'm so sorry to hear this about your mom!
The dude literally escaped in his hospital gown - catheter still attached and swinging between his legs!
w(°o°)w
Folks need to stay on the original Medicare and buy the Supplemental insurance. This way you can see most doctors. So far, and we live in very rural area, care for my husband with dementia has been pretty good. Medicare even has the new GUIDES program that will reimburse for respite care. But only if you have the original.
Seniors are getting totally screwed on Medicare advantage.
I remember when Obama said, 'we'll just grandma a pain pill'. Now I'm the grandma and a retired nurse and all this stuff scares me sh*tless.
He also asserted that we'd be able to keep our doctors that we had prior to passage of Obamacare.
You're a ROCKSTAR! (without any of the deleterious effects to your marriage or liver)
hehe. Seriously, who would ever think we'd be here talking about the least funny topic in the universe, right?! Love you!!
LingOL! Love you back. XOXO
YAYYYYYY!
I am “the elderly parent”….but I’m going to have to do this for my 41 year old brainwashed child 🤣🤣🤣
hey, were’re all on our way to being elderly, right?! LOL There’s no shame in your game! Actually 18+ and older young adult males are especially at risk of Myocarditis after receiving the covid vaccines and boosters. But anyone should have their ‘NO’ to drugs, tests, and vaccines respected, too. Thanks for getting your family protected. ; )
Absolutely! I could not agree more or said it better!!! Thanks! 👏🏻
How do you get THAT service, I wonder???
Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman 🩺
MONEY - that's the only way you'd get that in the real world.
I know, right?!
THX, Jenna!
I’m printing it, laminating it, and sending to my kids. I may have it tattooed onto my chest as well. 😉
If they ever develop the technology, I may also have the I DO NOT CONSENT cat gif plastered onto myself, too, for good measure.
Forehead! 🤓
It's my pleasure! In regards to your questions...
OMG!!😱
Thank you, Laura Bartlett, for your reply to my questions. I do appreciate the clarification. And thank you for all you have done and continue to do for us!
Just FYI, the hospitals are STILL following these inane, barbaric protocols. Three months ago, my 94 YO dad was taken to the ER for DEHYDRATION (all he needed was a couple of bags of fluid) and they decided to keep him overnight for “observation.” That night, at 11:40 PM, they did a PCR test on him (4 of them) until he tested positive. It was a battle but they finally agreed to let him to a “rehab” facility. Again, this was only three months ago! I still have nightmares about it!
Are copies of the document enforceable?
Thank you very much.
My pleasure, Mike!
WoW, which bank was that?
From Grok:
I'm so sorry they said that. I bank at Bank of America and they notarized without a problem.
Thank you, Laura! I had no idea about the free notary at the bank. They actually know me, so it could go either way. 😂😂🤯
Great anecdote! Thanks for sharing this with us. I have been putting something off for four years because I am terrified of all allopathic doctorsand poison prisons.
🙏🌸❤️😎🔥💥
My pleasure, KatWarrior!! Be Prepared. Not Scared. : )
My pleasure!
Heart breaking and then maddening enough to do something called for but forbidden!
Horrific 😭
Unfortunately, that's most likely going to involve some fees, since you'll need to get a new driver's license that does not have the designated heart on it, but it's worth it to know you won't be harvested even if you are still able to be saved.
https://dmvoffice.us/i-want-to-remove-the-organ-donor-designation-on-my-license-is-there-a-cost-to-re-issue-my-license-to-do-this/
A while back I looked into getting off that thing and if I recall correctly, I basically filled out a form asking to be removed and sent it off into the ether.
Unfortunately, EVERYONE needs to take extra steps to not be organ harvested in a hospital these days, as Dr. Klessig explains on https://x.com/heidiklessigmd/status/2034277822856823243?s=20 :
"There is a specific HIPAA carve out (🙄forgive the pun) for Organ Procurement Organizations to view your personal health information without your permission. Everyone who might potentially become an organ donor has this information shared, even if they are not a registered donor."
Dear God it never ends! (Also I wrote about this over the summer... freaking TERRIFYING https://jennasside.rocks/p/you-dont-have-to-be-dead-to-donate)
The organ harvesting industry is the plot of the 1978 TV Movie "Coma". The book it was based on was authored by Robin Cook, but it was adapted for film by Michael Crichton.
They've been putting it out there for decades now, we just didn't start to see it until the past few years.
I need to read this stack you wrote! Thanks for being on top of this! Hospitals are the new Chop Shop! BTW, I want to keep my FACTORY PARTS!
I’m so sorry for your loss Amy💔
I am so sorry for your loss, and I am glad you had the presence of mind to stand up to those ghouls.
I have sharpied over that consent AND added a small sticker stating I do NOT consent to donation.
Thank you!
Her records show no jabs so I can’t prove that they jabbed her while she was in the ER and I wasn’t there :(
My heart breaks for you. I am so sorry.💔
Thank you Jenna..it will be 5 years in August since she’s been gone and it still hurts. I scoured through all her medical records as well as pharmacy records and couldn’t link her sudden death to the jabs so I will never know and I will never leave anyone alone in the hospital again even for a few hours.
I'm so sorry, AJoy.
Thank you
Thank you for the clarification ! I had been informing my family to just write on the intake paperwork. Will be printing out this weekend when l get home.
Love you even more.
