My husband is working on rendering fat and I am OBSESSED with tallow on my skin. I bought a tallow deodorant at my farmer's market yesterday--it smells amazing (who knew?). A super cute young gal started the company (motherfocare.com if anyone's curious--she'll ship anywhere!) What else do you make with it???

Tallow for roasting/frying beef and pork fat for roasting /stir-frying veg, that's the absolute bee's knees!
(The easiest way to render tallow is by chopping it up and leaving it in a low slow oven in the baking tray, and just pouring it off from time to time as it renders.)
