I have concerns about RFK Jr. He says repeatedly that he’s pro-vaccine and thinks safety testing is the answer. He also has opened the door to mandating “safe” vaccines, which is alarming. After all the parents who have shared the horrific injuries of their children to him and on his CHD website, it is deeply troubling that he continues to defend vaccines. Safety testing would require more children and animals to be experimented upon for safety trials, which opens them up to lifelong harms. The track record of vaccines already has shown that they are not safe and can never be made safe. They maim and kill. All of this money for trials will be funneled to Big Pharma as well. I have also not heard him say anything about repealing the 1986 vaccine injury bill that removed Big Pharma liability, nor ending the requirement for children to be vaccinated to attend public schools. These issues should be the focus, not safety testing.

I encourage you to check out Peggy Hall’s series of videos analyzing RFK Jr’s stance. She has a playlist of them and a more recent one on her YouTube channel not listed in the playlist.

I've watched many of Peggy Hall's rants (and have addressed this many times before); here's my take: RFK's positioning on this is politically BRILLIANT. He knows there is no such thing as a "safe and effective" vaccine (see his many books including Vax-Unvaxx); however to say so outright would have immediately alienated all of the libs still wearing masks alone in their cars on their way to get boosted. I believe he has been VERY intentional in saying "I'm not anti-vax... I simply want to make sure ALL vaccines have been properly safety tested." Who, after all, can argue with THAT? He's literally saying, tongue firmly planted in cheek, "Just as soon as you come up with something safe and effective AND CAN PROVE IT, I'll be first in line!" It's smart and strategic--just like him. (It BOGGLES MY MIND that Ms. Hall cannot see this.)

Also he HAS called out the Childhood Vaccine Injury Act many times:

“The reason the Vaccine Act was passed that gave immunity from liability to these companies is because they said the vaccines could not be produced — that they were unavoidably unsafe,” he said in the podcast interview with Bill Maher. “And that phrase is in the 1986 statute, and it’s in the Supreme Court Bruesewitz case, which upheld that statute.” He also told Maher that vaccine companies get immunity “no matter how negligent they are … no matter how reckless the behavior, no matter how shoddy their manufacturing and testing process is.”

“Anybody who tells you vaccines are safe and effective, the industry itself got immunity from liability by convincing the president and Congress that vaccines are unavoidably unsafe,” he also said in his interview with Rogan.

He's also sued Merck over HPV vaccine injury (https://archive.is/U1CyW). I think you can trust him. :)

Jenna nails it, as I think is clear to anyone who has listened to rfkj Jr. over the years.

Expand full comment

Right on Jenna! RFKJR is now operating & navigating within a political world, and needs to communicate accordingly. Just a fact of the world we live in. Also, there are millions of Americans who don’t yet understand how corrupt these government agencies are & how unsafe most vaccines are. They need time & real scientific facts to be convinced or at least to begin to question the orthodoxy.

Expand full comment

Yes! This nuanced reply will allow me to reassure my pants-in-a-wad physician friends that RFK is most asssuredly NOT anti-vax but wants to be sure they are SAFE. And oh, by the way, friend, did you know that actually none of them used inert placebos? No? And did you know that the labs give aluminum to animals when they want to create allergies in those animals, and that aluminum is on many of the vaccines? It has to be there or the immune system won't react to the vaccine. Maybe that explains the abrupt rise in allergies of all sorts in folks nowadays.

I love it.

His book The Real Anthony Fowchi was the final nail in the coffin for me as far as changing my beliefs about the childhood jab program.

Expand full comment

Yes that book was a revelation for me as well but man, oh man, was it hard to get through. It was just the most egregious, enraging read I think I have ever undertaken and I have read a LOT of books, fiction and non-fiction, educational, text, etc. I was pretty much FANGRY reading the whole time.

I read only the chapters on HIV (how had I not known this information before; it was the same song earlier verse as covid) and the childhood jabs/how pHarma research is actually funded. That was enough.

I agree - mind f-ing blowing and infuriating.

Expand full comment

Yes the HIV chapters were especially enraging for me because people were stunningly terrified of that disease. It was beyond human comprehension at how those people were suffering and how that went down to the detriment of literally millions of people who were damaged or killed by either the disease (and I would posit that the disease, whatever it was, was not as deadly as the first treatments). I was a teenager in the ‘80’s and remember well the fear. At this point I’m not even sure that any of it was even close to what they claimed it was. I wish someone would go back and reexamine the entire episode and rationally with real evidence figure it out. Sometime b4 fauci dies too so he dies knowing the whole world will despise him forever.

Expand full comment

One of the substacks (I think) had a great write up on how the HIV virus was probably a Chimp virus that had mutated during Hep-B treatments and then been included into a batch of Hep-B vaccines that were trialled in a few places. Every place had an AIDS epidemic 4 years later. Afterwards the vax was used by the South African Apartheid government to vaccinate rural black communities in southern Africa giving rise to the AIDS epidemics there.

Yes! When we had a local initiative to stop water fluoridation in our town, it simply said that no substance shall be added to the water to treat human health without FDA approval for safety and efficacy. The FDA has never approved fluoridated water as safe or effective for reducing cavities. And they can't because even JADA says it doesn't help to drink or shower in fluoride (as opposed to brushing.)

Our initiative was winning handily on election night till there was a sudden "glitch" in the system and the city clerk went into a back room alone, refusing to let us observe, and suddenly the results flipped

Expand full comment

Yay for this except boo for the flipping. We need hand marked hand counted paper ballots.

Yes, and we need to have recounts allowed fairly. Our county does use paper ballots. We asked for a recount. They told us they COULD do it - for $12,000 for the first day and $5000 for each following day, and that it might take 2 weeks or more. And that the people who requested the recount would have to pay. That's insane - especially because we had video of the clerk telling us we couldn't come in to watch her.

I wish we'd had someone in a financial position to easily fork over that money without mortgaging a house. They would've gone into complete panic.

Yes, his stance on nuclear power is very much the same. He says when insurance companies find nuclear plants safe enough to insure (none will insure them so all costs for disasters fall to the public) and when they make economic sense (none do/they all cost far more to operate than other forms of energy) he will support them.

Expand full comment

It still all boils down to choice. YOU are the ONLY one who can decide if you want to take a vaccine or not. No one is holding anyone down and actually illegally forcing the vaccine to go inside your body without your consent. Mandating vaccines will never fly in this country. It's why Trump was elected...because we're sick and tired of being told what to do/how to live and/or how to do it. Simply, DO NOT COMPLY. Problem solved.

Expand full comment

In California, they are very nearly forcing every parent to to put an astonishing amount of vaccines in their children,to attend any schools..there is no “opt out” . Period. The only option is to homeschool, which isn’t feasible for most working families. And,even if they can homeschool, their children can not attend any sports,or other socializing events unless the parents create them….They may not be actually “holding them down”, but, these vaccines are being forced, nonetheless…feels like a “mandate “.

Expand full comment

Mandates are nothing more than strong-armed suggestions coming from a bully/tyrant. It's NOT law. That's about the time I would call all the parents together to refuse to comply. Life, liberty & the pursuit of happiness is a constitutional right. Schools want those government tax dollars and if no one shows up for school they don't get the money. I understand your frustration with the situation and any parent who has had to go through it. As a parent though, and maybe it's just me, but I will stop at NOTHING, to protect my children. The government doesn't scare me. If I had to go and escort my child and sit there with him every day to make my point, I would do it. There is nothing the school can do. There are lots of ways to make noise and make a point. Absurdity is always an option and gets the attention that is needed. I am not the only parent that feels this way. It's just a matter of gathering like-minded individuals to put a stop to the bullshit. The school and the government need us more than we need them. I have no problem reminding them of that indisputable fact. Hopefully, RFK will address this issue and get the laws changed. We should all remind him of it.

Expand full comment

It IS the law in California. Not a mandate. I should have said that MANDATES feel like laws…certainly to most people… I agree with you,I DID spend many days a week in my child’s classrooms…and, when 6th grade came around, parents were no longer “needed “, or allowed to participate in the classrooms….nor, would pre-teens want them to. And,if your child does not have the REQUIRED BY CALIFORNIA LAW,amount of shots, they are not allowed in the school…

Yes,if ALL,or,most parents were to boycott the system, then, perhaps we would see some changes. However, believe me when I say ,I am a very small minority in my long held beliefs that vaccines are unsafe and mostly not needed…I had a number of people criticize my opinion about being happy RFK was going to work on the safety issue. They actually said “ well, his looking into it will cast doubts on vaccines, and make people hesitant to get them, and, that’s bad!” That is the mindset where I live.

Expand full comment

I am sorry to hear that. I realize it is probably a lot harder in CA. Perhaps challenge the UNCONSTITUTIONAL law? Now I'm wondering how it could possibly have become law in the first place! except it is in Commiefornia. I believe RFK has mentioned something about the informed consent part before so we'll have to wait and see or try to send a message and ask him outright. I am also the black sheep in my family for my beliefs in less gov't and non-compliance so I do understand your dilemma. We're all here only by the Grace of God. Stay strong.

Expand full comment

I agree, do not comply. You and I know shots are not safe and effective. However, every vaccine that has a potential risk, which is ALL of them, should include “informed consent” that spells out that risk very clearly and truthfully before being given. Many more would not comply if this was done.

Expand full comment

Give RFKjr a chance, he knows what he's doing. This is a situation that requires time and evidence for people to adjust their thinking. He has to overcome many years of "safe & effective" programming and the only way to do that is with safety studies and informed consent.

My own kids are completely brainwashed about vaccines and are terrified when I suggest not getting one. Right now my 15 year old is worried that I wont let him get the meningitis vaccine next year when it will be required for school. I'm researching it now and I'm hesitant. He keeps saying "I don't want to die! I have to get it!". Thanks Doc.

It's SO HARD to combat the propaganda. I'd grudgingly convinced my then 18YO not to get the Covid Vax. She was a college freshman (IN COMMIEFORNIA) with a vax exemption when she got Covid. She absolutely freaked out. "Mom, what if I did because YOU WERE WRONG?" OMG. Now she's 100000% on our side and will never get another shot or vaccinate my future grandchildren, thank you Jesus.

I had to tread so carefully with my college age daughter. Thank GOD she decided NO, mostly because she didn't like being pressured. I know a lot of broken hearted parents whose kids decided they were stupid and got jabbed. My friend sent me a video last week of her son seizing for hours in a hospital bed. He was one of those who thought his parents were dummies. To this day he won't admit it's the damned shot that did it to him, and their other adult son demands his parents get DTaP or they can't see their new grandchild. The delusion continues...but not for long, God willing!

My daughter was a new college grad living in commie NJ, just across the river from NYC - she got the vax too. She was afraid she wouldn't be able to go into any buildings and that her friends would refuse to see her (because apparently they're brainwashed too). I HOPE she now sees the light but she refuses to discuss it (because, as she says "you've made it very clear how you feel about the vaccine. I can't change it now. It's done"). I know she only got the initial 2 and stopped after that.

He should get all the facts, discuss with you and come to the conclusion that suits you and him.

In 1994, I had my son get the meningitis vax and Hep B and Hep A, primarily because he was going to live in a dorm and I had seen first hand the results of Meningitis in villages in Alaska, even when given immediate care. It is a very dangerous disease(bacterial, not viral) Hep B because of possibility of tainted tattoo equipment and Hep A because of the breakdown in our food sources, on the heels of the huge outbreak over strawberries in California. He had no issues but that was many years ago and I truly believe that vaccine manufacturing has changed since then. We did not have the huge numbers of autism, allergies and autoimmune issues that have cropped up in the last 20 years or so. I was an RN and believed the hype, although certainly questioned it when we started shooting 8 antigens into infants during “wellness visits.” Thank God I have seen the light. Most vax are not needed because, and I’ll say this loud and clear, God created our immune systems perfectly. We humans screw it up with lifestyle choices. MAHA!!!

Expand full comment

Amen. Agree 💯

Expand full comment

The primary reason incidents of autism has increased in the past few decades is because the number of vaccines administered have increased. If they get every vaccine on the childhood schedule, children receive as many as 72 shots by age 18. Every vaccine contains aluminum adjuvants and often mercury as well. Heavy metals are linked to neurological disorders such as autism and Alzheimer's, a disease which has also increased exponentially because we're exposed to heavy metals constantly now. (They're in perfumes, medications, tattoos, scented candles, pesticides, herbicides, fire retardants, cosmetics and much else.)

He never forgot that (but he can forget what i tell him 5 minutes later. THAT stuck with him). So now he's fearful of it. :(

Meningitis shot increases the risk of tics. Unfortunately I lost the reference.

Also, he can take vitamin D and C to support his immune system. And not smoke or be around smokers. Smoking damages the lining of the nose which is where meningitis bacteria get in. And further, kids who get the shot still carry the meningitis bacteria in their nasal passages. So.
