Hmmm...I could head over the local nonprofit hospital and uncover millions in fraudulent billing in about 2 hours.

Need some help?

They would kick us out (HIPPA). So convenient for them.

I could be a patient, I’m an excellent whiner.

Maybe for HIPAA, just sayin'. Used to catch this all the time when I was working.

Dr. Molly Rutherford's avatar

I never can remember that acronym. HIPAA is such a joke...hinders more than it protects

Hmm. 💡I just figured out how to supplement my Social Security. Investigate the government agencies that are giving my money that I earned to illegals who didn’t put a dime into it when they turn 65…. (Don’t get me started!)

Vee's avatar

How about we just skip the BS and give the $25 million to the vaccine injured that are still suffering and fighting for their lives because of the biggest fraudulent campaign against humanity known as Operation Covid?

This snitching program insinuates that the entire government apparatus isn't fraudulent. It is.

"The MOST Important Thing Being Censored: Monopoly “Government” is illegitimate on its face and is being run as a criminal enterprise in every country on earth. It is IMPOSSIBLE to have a moral, legitimate “government,” (https://artofliberty.substack.com/p/why-were-being-censored-on-substack)

Jenna, did you notice a difference in your subscriber count back in July of 2025?

Jenna McCarthy's avatar

See? No gray area. Why does it have to be either/or? Yes the rotten, corrupt government should be investigating itself lol… But in the meantime, why not incentivize Americans to call out the crap they see in their daily lives? The “Learing Center” down the street that has no children, the Medicare bills you were asked to process for the nonexistent patient, the millionaire rapper nextdoor who sells SNAP cards on Facebook marketplace… our taxes pay for all of that! I’m down with sharing the savings.

And no, I did not notice a change in subscriber count last July…

Because it is another psychological operation on us. Get us all riled up and talking about how we can potentially help with government fraud when fraud is literally baked into the current system of government. It's a bunch of posturing and hand waving that is akin to the VAERS system.

Government: Since pharmaceutical companies will no longer be liable for any vaccine injuries or death, we'll produce a system called VAERS so that people can report their harms.

Population: Submits millions of reports of vaccine harm and death.

Government: Correlation doesn't prove causation.

Vee - my subscriber count started a very slow ascent (compared to its previous steep climb) the beginning of September of 2025. I wish I could post a screenshot here of the graph.

But hey, I’m not the least bit surprised. My subject matter is a no go for so many:

Tucker

Rogan

Bongino

Megyn Kelly

Bannon

Drew Pinsky

Glenn Beck

Lara Logan

Bret Weinstein

Mike Rowe

Russell Brand

Thanks for sharing your experience, Laura. It's further proof that Substack has been censoring for quite a bit of time now. It also explains why Jenna's and other substacks seem to have reached a plateau some time ago.

I hate to say it, but I'm seriously considering using a different platform now that I know substack is actively censoring us. It doesn't sit well for me to use a platform that censors. That is why all of us migrated to substack in the first place.

Vee's avatar

Thanks for sharing. It's quite ballsy of him to accuse "The Art of Liberty" of being a grifter. He is looking for definitive proof that substack is censoring and no one is going to find that behind proprietary code.

This isn't the first time I am hearing about Substack censorship, but it is the best substack article that I have found that breaks down who is behind the censorship and how it's being done. There was a massive wave of censorship back in 2018 from Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, etc for many of the truth seeking platforms that I actively followed, so I have experienced it first hand.

AWM shares his/her own experience in the comments on having a similar experience and the response to it does a good job of summarizing the issue with this particular article that Yoho has published. https://robertyoho.substack.com/p/has-substack-turned-traitor-and-is/comment/363813701

CraigN's avatar

Where is the new substack? I will follow any of my subscriptions there in a heartbeat.

Vee's avatar

I'll let you know when I find it haha. There are a lot of alternatives out there, but I haven't found one that is as user friendly as substack.

A bunch of us noticed the drop in 2025. I even asked AI about it. AI said it was because SS decided to only boost content in Notes, so if you don't use Notes no new people see your articles any more. Before that, new content was shown on the home page but no longer unless you post in Notes. It was part of the push to turn SS into a version of X.

Laura Kasner's avatar

I tried posting notes every week with current pics of the clots. No traction so I stopped. But again, I believe it’s because of my subject matter.

Can I get multiple payouts for multiple fraud discoveries?

1) The Military Industrial Complex started forever wars in 1997 with the PNAC document. It has had trillions of fraudulent expenses to date (besides a few dead innocents). I will settle for just this years payouts in the Ukraine and Iran wars.

2) The Covid scam resulted in a cool trillion in profits for Big Pharma. Again, I will settle for just this years profits (1% of) on the vaccines they are still pushing.

I am sure there are more. Once I receive my first two checks, I will work on the others.

The understandable misunderstanding (hilarious use of those words but it’s accurate,) of the payouts not mathing is because Jenna is conflating award bonuses for tips, 10k-30k, which would be paid out of the 25B budget for the program, and the 1% cut of the fraud uncovered and recouped - paid for from the recoupment itself, and not the 25B budget. As always, they aren’t very good at communicating the finer details to avoid misinterpreting how things are going to work.

Jenna McCarthy's avatar

It's $25M (NOT B!!!) and yes, they could not seem to differentiate... ;)

This may sound naive but how about the government just doing their jobs and not fleecing us taxpayers.

How about putting DOGE (is there still a DOGE?) under the FBI? Fraud Around and Find Out.

Suzanne J Patterson's avatar

Wouldn't that be wonderful!

The Great Santini's avatar

Ha Ha Ha. Very funny. You’re new here, right?

That’s what the G does. We elect the politician. He puts his buds on the payroll. The buds get the politician re-elected. Rinse. Repeat.

Meddling Kid's avatar

I still don’t understand why they don’t just arrest all of the dem congress critters and dem governors, throw them into GITMO, and start the pay-per-view cage matches. We’d get them talking in a hot minute.

David Nelson's avatar

The Old Biden Playbook! I love it. Arrest them in pre-dawn raids, at their homes, in front of their families. You know it's going to get thrown out, but "it's not the destination; it's the journey..."

Hmmm. Perhaps start a perpetual fraud reward program. Money reclaimed from fraud goes back into the program to pay for more fraud to be uncovered.

Thank you. Thank you (waving to the crowd).

I'm here till next Thursday. Try the veal!

Heather B's avatar

I wonder if reporting AIPAC contributions to Congress critters would count. That seems like a faudulent racket to me.

Vee's avatar

Probably not because Israel.

The Great Santini's avatar

Wrong heuristic. It’s only illegal if Republicans do it. Democrats get a pass because of oppression of their great-great grandparents or something.

David Nelson's avatar

Yes, and (too bad for us) the ~actual~ reasons for Democrat passes are lost to history...

The Great Santini's avatar

They are usually lies.

Carla Howell's avatar

I hereby report that the entire $2.7 federal medical establishment is fraud.

$27 billion, please.

Carla Howell's avatar

Make that $2.7 TRILLION federal medical establishment is a fraud.

Vee's avatar

🤣🤣🤣 No, just a few thousand for you, Carla. Actually nevermind, Trump just declared that he gets the money because he reported it first.

The Great Santini's avatar

Hey this is Constitutional…Article 1, Section 8, Clause 11 — Letters of Marque and Reprisal. Same concept, just applied domestically to fraudsters.

Go get ‘em boys!

David Baldwin's avatar

This "program" from POTUS doesn't pass my smell test! The intent seems sound, "Get them fraudsters!" But the reward, "1 percent of everything." seems unrealistic. I'm thinking they are going to come out with a tiered reward system. So, $1-$100,000 = 10%, 100,001-$10M = 1%, $10M plus $1 to $100 Gazillion = 1/100 of 1%.

This was kind of like the commission structure when I sold mainframe computers to the federal government over 20 years ago. The company said one thing but it turns out they paid far less after the actual sales happened. That's why every sales person that had HUGE sales ($10M+ in most cases) got what s(he) could. then left the company after they got paid in January of the following year. The same in this case; once you get your "reward," instead of "hanging around the neighborhood," you'll spend it trying to get into a witness protection type of program. So, POTUS has good intentions, but bad execution of the details. (It's like mixing the ingredients of a cake, then giving it to your neighbor half-baked or unbaked.)

My thoughts exactly. However, Trump does this a lot, and the end results are usually good, but in different ways than we expect. For one, he, and the issues he's trying to draw attention to, get lots of attention from both sides. It's all about getting everyone to talk about it. Every fraudster out there is now wondering if someone is going to rat them out for a payday.

FWA, (fraud, waste and abuse), tip lines have been out there forever; over 40 years ago my dad noticed that an office form was in triplicate carbon, when it only needed to be in duplicate due to some change in process. He reported it to the company, (a public utility), and received a dividend check. 😁

The military has a FWA line as well, but from the stories I heard, it's rarely used, even though there's rampant FWA.

(I think the first three are reindeer all right but the last one is an elk. Still it's hard to tell because they're all so far away.)

My department's ES-pecial EX-pertise was profligate WASTE. If one person came up with an "expensive new shiny," Just Everyone had to request the same thing--to maintain the peace dontchaknow? However, EOFY (End Of Fiscal Year) was SELC (Spend Every Last Cent--now rounded up to Nickel) in the budget "so the Legislature will know they allocated too little and we 'need' more-more-more!" They also MILKED everything around them for Maximum Gain: a policy awarded a 'salary bump' to anyone willing to assume the duties of 'department chair', and that 'bump' never disappeared after leaving the office. So, 'they' arranged amongst themselves to play musical chairs with the post, so everyone got the bump--and kept it--regularly. 'They' also figured out that, when retirement age came, it was more profitable to retire--to get your pension--AND HAVE THE DEPARTMENT HIRE YOU BACK!! 'They' all did it. And the sheeple, and legislature, never had an inkling. 'They' wanted NEW buildings to work in, so they never spent ANY money on maintenance on existing buildings--diverting the money to new projects, and then complained about "crumbling infrastructure!"

I just don't know how you catch anybody at that because they can always claim INCOMPETENCE--of which the general populace is already mostly convinced.

If I'm going to steal from the gummint, it has to look like an Accident: the Fraudster's Conundrum.
