One of the strangest phrases of all times (to me) is the phrase 'health care' when everyone knows it is 'medical care' so I appreciate your comment. I have met very few MDs (or nurses) who look, act or promote health.

The hope is that as those medical workers come to realize they are stuck in a profitable business that promotes the use of therapeutics instead of health, they will 'see the light'. My own PCP has chosen the 'dark side' and, imho, completely worthless. My last required annual visit to her this spring (I have zero health issues at 64, all praise to God!)? She literally spent the entire 20 minute annual 'check up' looking at her computer screen trying to figure out the new system where I had to point where she might see my history so she wouldn't be 'alarmed' at my recent blood work! When I pointed out that I was the patient/customer and she might want to touch my skin, look into my ears and eyes, etc and not the computer, naturally she was angry.

Great comment! I refuse to be treated by any health care worker who does not take care of themselves. I can't count how many I've seen lately who are obese. Not gonna do it! I too have no health issues to speak of and take no meds. I do however believe in herbalism!

I have plenty of teas and apple cider remedies and always looking for more!. I ferment garlic in local honey and drizzle on goat cheese smeared on just about anything! Also roasted veggies!
