Are you sure they are not being charged under state laws rather than federal laws? My understanding is that most medical regulations are governed at the state level by medical boards, health departments, and state statutes. In my state alternative clinics offer hyperbaric oxygen, ozone, red light, IV’s, etc, but I know some of these may not be allowed in all states, particularly if not provided by an M.D. If the doctors in SC and VA are being charged under state law, there is nothing DOJ can do about it.
Federal cases on the 3 i know of. There are different and additional state cases. Its a good question and I know not everyone understands the differences. I have a degree in law and worked for the los angeles public defender and other paralegal positions. The state cases "look" like they were encouraged by the fed. Patients receiving medicaid and dr offers an additional service not covered under medicare/medicaid. The state cases appear to discourage alternative therapies if the dr accepts insurance

I disagree. It would be a huge distraction and allocation of resources to fight the current problems in the swamp. As horrific as Epstein was, that’s in the past and we have SO much corruption in the present that threatens you and me in the now.
The biggest part of the corruption, in the present as well as in the past, is that our govt is consistently lying to us (and covering up corruption at the highest levels). I suspect that Patel & Bongino as well as Trump, has discovered that. How do you dismantle and fight it? You better have a very, very good strategy. Personally, I believe that Epstein and all criminals and evil people will get their due when they eventually face God. I'm very concerned about the stuff that is happening that concerns us now. And yes, transparency is a necessary element of that, but I'm willing to move on. I've noticed that many or some MAGA-ites have displayed impatience on a lot of issues, understandably. I just think that we need to see what happens and give them time to weed this out. These are evil people they are dealing with that will not hesitate to kill and do other extremely horrific and evil things to preserve their power.
If they need time, they can simply say that the investigation is still ongoing. They don’t need to tell us that he committed suicide or that there’s no further information. They don’t need to lie. You can’t fight corruption with further corruption.

Epstein - I agree that there would likely have been selective release if Trump could have been incriminated. It could be that many Israeli higher ups are being protected and that is why the cease fire has held so far. We can't know.
While not completely happy with the Trump administration so far, we sometimes need to stop and think about where we would be if "Harris" had won. Would we even have substack? We certainly wouldn't have Epstein's list, Dr. Moore and many other heroic doctors would likely be in jail. Maybe jabs mandated for everyone, except the illegal migrants pouring over the borders??
While not good on an absolute basis, so far this has maybe been the "best" administration of my lifetime (born in 1955) and certainly the "best" this century.
Our hopes were so high, after the horrors of the "Biden" years, we are disappointed. Maybe we need to just enjoy the wins we get, keep pushing for more wins but always keep in mind what might have been and could be still be if we allow ourselves to be fractured.
I'm not a doctor, but if I had been, and in a similar position to Dr Moore, I would have done exactly the same. Yeah, prison wouldn't have been very nice, but at least I would have been able to sleep soundly at night, knowing I'd done the right thing.
Also has anyone considered this was to stop discovery and exposing how VERY bad the shots and the lack of treatments were. To stop exposing how many people died because of the shots and the protocols that were used to kill people. To stop the exposing of the medical malpractice. In my state alternative clinics offer hyperbaric oxygen, ozone, red light, IV’s, etc, but I know some of these may not be allowed in all states, particularly if not provided by an M.D. If the doctors in SC and VA are being charged under state law, there is nothing DOJ can do about it.
Federal cases on the 3 i know of. There are different and additional state cases. Its a good question and I know not everyone understands the differences. I have a degree in law and worked for the los angeles public defender and other paralegal positions. The state cases "look" like they were encouraged by the fed. Patients receiving medicaid and dr offers an additional service not covered under medicare/medicaid. The state cases appear to discourage alternative therapies if the dr accepts insurance

My sentiment leans with yours but, but... Bondi is a weak player but she does what Trump wants. I lean towards O'Reily's comments that too many innocent people who are in the MAGA world would be caught up in personal defense who were only Epstein contacts without being participants. Release would interrupt Trump's agenda as these people would have to stop what they are doing to aid MAGA and move to self-preservation. The latest revelation is that Bondi could be appointed Special Prosecutor to go after the Russia-gate conspiracy begun 9yrs ago. This will prove a more targeted and direct deep state takedown, still many of the same individuals as on Epstein's list. This could be announced shortly.

Let the “innocent people in the MAGA world” who were “only Epstein contacts” be forced to defend themselves. Deciding not to release the files to save them the trouble or to go after the criminals in a more politically expedient way is corrupt.
I disagree. It would be a huge distraction and allocation of resources to fight the current problems in the swamp. As horrific as Epstein was, that’s in the past and we have SO much corruption in the present that threatens you and me in the now.
The biggest part of the corruption, in the present as well as in the past, is that our govt is consistently lying to us (and covering up corruption at the highest levels). In the case of the Epstein files and his sudden death, we know that Bondi (and Trump, Patel, Bongino, the whole team) is lying to us about a very important matter. Many children who victimized in the most despicable ways, and they deserve the unwavering support for justice. If we tolerate the lying, no matter what the excuse is, we are complicit in the corruption.
Of course we don't tolerate the lying. But we have to pick our battles. The Deep State is much, much deeper than we can even imagine. I suspect that Patel & Bongino as well as Trump, has discovered that. How do you dismantle and fight it? You better have a very, very good strategy. Personally, I believe that Epstein and all criminals and evil people will get their due when they eventually face God. I'm very concerned about the stuff that is happening that concerns us now. And yes, transparency is a necessary element of that, but I'm willing to move on. I've noticed that many or some MAGA-ites have displayed impatience on a lot of issues, understandably. I just think that we need to see what happens and give them time to weed this out. These are evil people they are dealing with that will not hesitate to kill and do other extremely horrific and evil things to preserve their power.
If they need time, they can simply say that the investigation is still ongoing. They don’t need to tell us that he committed suicide or that there’s no further information. They don’t need to lie. You can’t fight corruption with further corruption.
I also agree that every corrupt person will face their own due. This is about the rest of us not being corrupt.

Epstein - I agree that there would likely have been selective release if Trump could have been incriminated. It could be that many Israeli higher ups are being protected and that is why the cease fire has held so far. We can't know.
While not completely happy with the Trump administration so far, we sometimes need to stop and think about where we would be if "Harris" had won. Would we even have substack? We certainly wouldn't have Epstein's list, Dr. Moore and many other heroic doctors would likely be in jail. Maybe jabs mandated for everyone, except the illegal migrants pouring over the borders??
While not good on an absolute basis, so far this has maybe been the "best" administration of my lifetime (born in 1955) and certainly the "best" this century.
Our hopes were so high, after the horrors of the "Biden" years, we are disappointed. Maybe we need to just enjoy the wins we get, keep pushing for more wins but always keep in mind what might have been and could be still be if we allow ourselves to be fractured.

I'm not a doctor, but if I had been, and in a similar position to Dr Moore, I would have done exactly the same. Yeah, prison wouldn't have been very nice, but at least I would have been able to sleep soundly at night, knowing I'd done the right thing.

Also has anyone considered this was to stop discovery and exposing how VERY bad the shots and the lack of treatments were. To stop exposing how many people died because of the shots and the protocols that were used to kill people. To stop the exposing of the medical malpractice. To stop the exposing of just how much people that stood up and spoke out were unjustly harassed, banned, threatened and tracked. Ending this stopped a lot of truth from being exposed and being entered in the public record.
Although I had read that mention of the harms was not going to be allowed.
