Just got home from my raw milk run. A lady brings half gallon mason jars from an hour away - $8/jar with 2” of cream on top. Hands down, the BEST milk I’ve ever had. She keeps it SO cold, it lasts a whole week.
She has 7 kids and not one of them needed any orthodontia and only 1 had fillings.
Raw milk is supposed to remineralize teeth and do something great for your jawbones and so on.
She and her hubs had braces and fillings, so it wasn’t genes making their teeth perfect.
A2/A2 on a milk label means the milk comes from cows that carry a specific genetic makeup and produce milk containing 100% A2 beta-casein protein with zero A1 protein. It is not lactose-free, but it is marketed as easier on the stomach for some people.
