Yes--new, female pediatrician talked my 18 year old daughter into taking it--no discussion with mother, of course (18 year olds cannot vote, but are mature enough to see through doctor pressure?). Daughters of our home do not engage in sexual intercourse before marriage, so what was the point? Doctors cannot fathom that some young people are determined, and able, to wait until marriage?

The first time our former pediatrician offered it to my oldest daughter, she was around 12. When I declined he looked at her – right in front of me – and said, “you don’t need a parents permission to do this.“ She looked right back at him and said, “I would never go behind my Mothers back.“ I was livid… And then we fired him.
