I would rather lick 50 doorknobs than listen to a second of Rachel Maddow spewing lies. I find it fascinating that the majority of dimwits out there accept the fact that regular drugs they pop can have side effects, and even adverse events-like the tv ads say—including the uttered DEATH word. They just don’t think it will happen to them. But pushing a syringe into your body, or your child’s body, filled with “something wet” is perfectly fine and dandy. Head scratching at the moment.
Nice! My house got the nasty wallpaper. I refuse to lick that off. It actually was so tough to get off we covered it with plasterboards in some rooms. What were sentient humans thinking! 🤬🙄🤔
HA. In Victorian times a new wallpaper color of intense green was madly popular all over. Then people started to sicken and die. The wallpaper was suffused with arsenic to make the green color. Just being in the room did it. No licking was required. Just a factoid my morning brain remembered. This twisting my former political tribe has to contort themselves into like pretzel factory rejects is so effing nasty. They have to reflexively be against any good from the Trump side and go against everything they were once fighters against is so in your face. But yet, the derangement is quite depraved IMHO.
Because Crystal doorknobs would be a good “placebo” because of the high lead content? That could work, as long as lead and mercury have similar effects.
I apologize for the dimwit. There, but for 53 years might have gone “I”. As far as children go. Right now I’m struggling with whether to take a PPI for a stomach ulcer. They have some pretty nasty side effects and my symptoms are very slight because of my clean and simple diet. Will mull further.
It caused me to have severe advanced osteoporosis at an age 30 years younger than they typically see my severity. I break ribs doing the leg press at the gym. I break bones in a stiff wind. I can’t even ride a bike anymore for fear that the fall will break everything. I’m scared driving because if someone rear ends me my spine could break as it’s the worst t-score out of all.
In my late 40s I had my gallbladder removed for reflux, just to “let’s see if removing this gland that actually HELPS stomach digestion works”. Of course it was explained to me in a way that implied it was a useless organ. I now live with continuous acid burning in my stomach.
I was immediately put on Omeprazole after the surgery because no matter what food I ate it caused me severe pain and vomiting. The doctor never warned me about long term use. You shouldn’t use a PPI more than 2 weeks and NEVER longer than a month. Anything over six months puts you at high risk of osteo. Why? It upsets the balance of calcium in your blood and bones. In my case, I had been on it for 13 years!!! After 8 years I checked in with the GI to make sure it was safe, and he told me as long as I take it with OJ. 😳😳 He should lose his license considering what the truth is about PPIs. After 13 years the calcium had been so screwed up in my body all that time that the parathyroid glands that are supposed to regulate our calcium, (no other gland has this job and it’s the only job our parathyroids have,) became large tumors not doing their job while the fourth shut down in the confusion. I lived for 7 years with 16 of the most awful 22 symptoms of hyperparathyroidism before I did my own research and learned what was going on and found doctors that knew and practiced the truth. I had a surgery to remove the three tumors and my fourth parathyroid sprung back into action like it should, and I’m fully cured - except for how my life in my 50s and going forward was robbed by the inability to really reverse the severity of the osteo I am left with.
It is all traced back to PPIs.
There are other more natural things you can do with your diet and with ACV and betaine HCI that become worth the hassle when compared to what my life is now. I wish I could turn back the clock and not ever take a PPI.
Today 95% of Drs' are useless money grubbers. We need to go back to homeopathy and natural herbal remedies. Look up the "Forgotten Home Apothecary" By Nicole Apelian Ph,D
You may need a paid subscription to read it. If so, if you’re interested, I could copy it and send it to you in a chat or something.
From the article a note that was interesting: Note: Colleagues such as Dr. Mercola have found consuming 30g - 40g of collagen each day sourced from beef knee joints is an optimal amino acid repletion protocol and in a short period of time significantly improves bone health (along with often improving a variety of related factors such as one's height and one's metabolic health).
He also indicated Boron is the most helpful supplement.
Do you have access to Midwestern Doctor’s article I linked in my reply to Juju? If not and you’re interested, I could copy it to a chat. He lists a number of things that can be done.
Also, I believe it was Dr Pierre Kory who mentioned his friend developed a device that is proven to help reverse osteoporosis, along with other benefits such as improved lymphatic drainage. The downside is it’s quite expensive to buy one. There are clinics where you can access them, although they seem to be concentrated in urban areas. Here is a link, if you’re interested where you can find information, buy one, or locate a clinic https://www.juvent.com/pages/store-locator
I’m ashamed to say this. My son gave me one of those shaking machines for Christmas, last year. I had no idea it was good for osteoporosis and really didn’t listen to what my son said as he’s constantly trying to tell me what to do to improve myself. I told him I would look into it,but, stuck it in the garage so he came and returned it,my husband tells me.
I don’t pay for Substacks who insist on payments. I was a paid subscriber of Dr.Kory, but,I think it has expired…It is very kind of you to offer to print the information out, but, I don’t know what it means to “ “put it in a chat “and, I feel I should be a paid subscriber if I’m going to read/ use his information..l understand it takes a great deal of time and effort to write it,so,perhaps I need to get over my bias…but, thank you, again!🙏♥️
Apparently, knees being weight-bearing and highly cartilaginous, contain concentrated amounts of type II collagen. Type II collagen specifically supports joint and bone health, potentially benefiting osteoporosis by improving cartilage integrity and bone matrix formation. It also contains amino acids like glycine and proline, which promote bone matrix formation.
Some guy recently posted that the vetting the borax in 20 mule team, and puts a pinch in his drinks. I was writing about strontium ranelate and lost it, but it’s worth learning about. Found it; posted in this thread.
So sorry Jenna! Have you read about strontium ranelate? It was the greatest thing since sliced bread for reversing osteoporosis until some new and expensive drugs (including side effects of mandibular - jaw bone necrosis) came along. All of a sudden tptb decided it was giving (elderly, sedentary) women heart attacks and it got yanked. There was a formulation (UK?) for awhile, but just like that, and like the active ingredient in red yeast rice (identical to lovastatin; hmmm), poof! GONE! You can still get the powder from sellers in India. Has been awhile, and I haven’t looked back at the “studies,” so this is not a recommendation. Let’s just say, my trust in medicine these days is near zero.
Strontium ranelate, a strontium(II) salt of ranelic acid. If I had to guess, the change from “safe and effective” to, “you can’t have it,” may have something to do with inability to patent natural ingredients? IDK. The terribly expensive drugs available in the USA are terrible imho.
“All these results suggest that strontium ranelate is a new, effective and safe treatment of vertebral and non-vertebral osteoporosis, with a unique mode of action.”
“Strontium ranelate thus offers significant clinical benefits in terms of efficacy, tolerability, and ease of administration in the treatment of postmenopausal women with vertebral osteoporotic fractures.”
“Strontium ranelate increased bone mineral density throughout the study, reaching at 3 yr (P < 0.001): +8.2% (femoral neck) and +9.8% (total hip). Incidence of adverse events (AEs) was similar in both groups.
Conclusion: This study shows that strontium ranelate significantly reduces the risk of all nonvertebral and in a high-risk subgroup, hip fractures over a 3-yr period, and is well tolerated. It confirms that strontium ranelate reduces vertebral fractures. Strontium ranelate offers a safe and effective means of reducing the risk of fracture associated with osteoporosis.
“Strontium ranelate increased bone mineral density at month 36 by 14.4 percent at the lumbar spine and 8.3 percent at the femoral neck (P<0.001 for both comparisons). There were no significant differences between the groups in the incidence of serious adverse events.
Conclusions: Treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis with strontium ranelate leads to early and sustained reductions in the risk of vertebral fractures.”
“Clinical trials (phase III) have proved the efficiency of strontium ranelate in postmenopausal osteoporosis treatment. Strontium ranelate is a drug characterized by the new paradigm of action mechanism on bone, which has its place among the already well-proven drugs in postmenopausal osteoporosis treatment.”
“Our findings indicate that treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis with strontium ranelate results in a sustained reduction in the incidence of osteoporotic nonvertebral fractures, including hip fractures, and vertebral fractures over 5 years.”
Adherence to treatment in the trials exceeded 80%, and the adverse event profile of SR was similar to that of placebo. Taken together, these long-term findings clearly demonstrate that SR is safe and effective in reducing both vertebral and non-vertebral (particularly hip) fracture risks for at least 5 years of pre-planned follow-up.
“Finally, SR significantly attenuated height loss and decreased back pain. The safety profile of SR was almost similar to placebo in both trials. Thus, SR demonstrates broad spectrum safety and efficacy in reducing the risks of both vertebral and non-vertebral (including hip) fractures in a wide variety of patients, and should be considered as a first-line option to treat women at risk of osteoporotic fractures, whatever their age, the severity of the disease and their risk factors.”
Not advised:
A prescription form of strontium—strontium ranelate (the ranelate salt), known as Protelos/Osseor®— was authorized in the European Union to treat severe osteoporosis in women who have been through the menopause and men who are at high risk of broken bones or fracture in the spine and the hip.
Incr risk of pulmonary emboli and heart probs (in elderly, sedentary?)
The effective compound is strontium ranelate. Available sources in USA are the ineffective s citrate. Didn’t we see something like this with red yeast rice? Hmm…
Thanks for this. I’ve been dodging the “industry best practices” big-pharma-ordained injectable drugs for four years now that my endocrinologist is constantly pushing on me. They keep using fear to try to get me to take them but all the side effects are not worth the benefits imho. And they make no logical sense to me. They all stop osteoclasts from breaking down bone as a way to “improve” the activity of osteoblasts building new bone, but osteoclasts are really important to our body’s natural bone cycling as they break down old bone that needs to be removed too. So what happens is the old bone never gets removed from your system. I didn’t want to interfere with that, or have the horrendous side effects. So I bring my garlic necklace and crosses with me to every yearly appointment. It’s good to hear there might be something else I can try.
So sorry to hear your struggles, Juju, but thanks for sharing your cautionary tale so it can help others. In addition to The Midwestern Doctor article a commenter already shared, you might check out these for information on osteoporosis:
I am definitely not going to take them. No. No. No. It’s ridiculous the docs don’t say one freekin word about diet helps. Just take this. Arrrgh. I have the Bentain HCL and trying a home test for low acid. I’m using DGL and I think that’s already helping. Oral DMSO and aloe juice. I have a bad anemia at the same time (hence the colonoscopy and endo). No bleeding. No polyps or cancer. It’s probably iron deficiency anemia but still an unkown. I eat very clean and good beef. Starting some liver. I went a year (2024) my functional med doctor DIDNT check my ferritin or hemoglobin and it was lowish in 2023. so the anemia was probably going on all last year. Explains some symptoms I was having and general cruddy feeling. I’ve had iron infusions and supplement support now. Feel sooooooo much better. You really went through the wringer, Juju. It’s scary to be drawn up into the medical system now. Glad you found healing. You have to force your way out and that My Chart drives me nuts. Right there it says I haven’t had any vaccines but no one says anything. The hemotologist was perturbed by what the GI NP had done, which was not much but maybe that’s a good thing. . My sis had a parathyroid issue. I have Hashimotos but managed well with low dose naltrexone. Take care!!
Juju, I hit "like" but I wish there was another option! Reading your story reminds of Dr. Yoho's book, "Butchered by 'Healthcare'". I am so sorry you are dealing with this.
I was a pediatric nurse practitioner for 25 years. There but for covid awakening went I… drank all the koolaid including testing vaccines against a concoction of aluminum, mercury and all sorts of scary components instead of something safe like saline! 🥺
Janet- try liquid aloe for your ulcer! Works like a charm, tastes okay (esp to someone who would lick doorknobs! JK, its not bad) Get at health food store….
One of my fave FB sites is called THE NATURAL HEALTH LIBRARY. I brew
my own colloidal silver on account of them. (Ultimate weirdo stuff— but ultra healing). Everything I’ve tried at the recommendation of TNHL has been worth the hype. Angie can be a little
Thank you. I’m trying DGL (licorice) and have the aloe juice. Dr. Jockers has great info on stomach acid, ulcers, anemia, etc plus I subscribe to AMD. 👍🏻👍🏻

I’m sorry. The only way I was saved from it was I went into total MSM blackout the first of April 2020 for another total reason—some other stress problem plus I was deep into alternative health areas that did start questioning the narrative. I’m sure I would have been onboard otherwise . I got quite a bit of nasty pushback but at my age (76) I don’t give a rats patootie. I like my own company. LOL. I bought pure aloe juice. Walmart even has it in the pharmacy area plus. This ulcer may be quite new. I hardly have symptoms anyway.
Janet - highly recommend against the ppi - manages symptoms but doesn't cure. Perhaps find an ND to help locate the exact issue that's causing it so it can be cured.
Someone suggested aloe. There are other herbs too. Also homeopathy.
Homeopathic Natrum phosphoricum - Hyland's makes in a 6X potency that you can take several times a day as needed. There are other homeopathic options too depending on your particular manifestations. Homeopathy is not herbs and supplements and you must have a basic understanding of how to use it before embarking upon that. JoetteCalabrese.com is one place to start. DrHomeo is another.
Apparently reflux is due to insufficient acid, not too much.
Midwestern Doctor has a great article on that. Look it up on Substack. All the things I wish I'd known back when I was offended at medical care being called an industry. I was SO naive.
The side effects made me drop it. Afterwards, when I spoke to the prescribing doctor, he told me that he gave it to me because most people don't like life-style adjustments as a form of treatment. Thanks doc!
I have decided not to take them. The hemotologist Rx them AND the GI doc the same thing. Don’t they read those electronic records? Red flag for me. I am taking DMSO orally. Plus DGL—a licorice that has the bad stuff removed. Coats the stomach. Im sorry your husband was injured.
Thanks, Janet. On the advice of a Naturopath, I also gave my husband high doses of DGL, as well as small doses of CBD/THC tincture. That, with dietary changes, totally healed his gut. Hard to believe PPI’s are over the counter.
It must have something to do with being an expert, you know, that class of people who have superior knowledge, skills, and intellect, and who think we should depend on them for answers to just about anything, and who like reminding us of that fact? If experts are baffled and alarmed, I guess by extension the rest of us should be terrified. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
I’m gob smacked that any newspaper could react like that, as if the re/commencement of placebo testing is the big news ticket item here, as opposed to the failure to have been doing it all along. Which is the actual (deeply) shocking thing. Esp for a product given to babies and children.
I wish the NY Times was basically just your substack. THIS is what people need to read.
I have a few friends who still delightedly get the Covid vaccine. They are also talking about Kennedy being a eugenicist for his autism talk - because autistic people don't need to prove their worth! He just wants to wipe out autistic people! (What? How on earth did you get there from what he said?)
I could send this piece to them and then they'd be like "HAHAHA SHE IS PSYCHO!...that's why you sent this to me, right?" (Bangs head on desk)
what. in. the. actual. F?? apparently your 'friends' are listening to halfwits like Elizabeth Warren, who only watch cherry-picked little clips of speeches and go off half cocked with idiotic denunciations. wow...
Bobby is the absolute OPPOSITE of eugenicist. especially against people with autism!! I guess people only hear what fits their preconceived notions. that and/or they can't possibly know ANY families effect by autism. yikes. I hate it when people like that think they are somehow sticking up for us.
Well...one of those friends has two autistic kids. She takes her severely autistic adult son for his combo flu/CV vax every year and posts about it on FB. So...she's not the type to want to look inward. :(
Many of my friends and much of my family think this same way. I'm the only one who's escaped my liberal progressive upbringing and found my way out of the media bubble. In 2018, I was, well, them. I'm so glad I'm not them anymore...but it hurts to watch. (And...they don't know I'm no longer them. Thankfully, I do have some like-minded friends or I'd lose my mind)
To quote Scar from the Lion King, “I’m SURROUNDED by idiots”. Our tv, the size of which suggests hubs wanted to be sure Katie Perry could view it from her 10 minute “space odyssey”, is continually on CNN, NBC news, and the like. He’s had 4-5 clot shots. I’ve had zero. He actually considered voting for Kamala. Idk whether he actually went through with THAT. I don’t want to think abt it.
Sidebar: Rob Schneider says, “Replacing Joe with Kamala is like changing your shirt bc you shat your pants!”
hoping like hell I eventually meet someone simpatico (currently single after divorce - not bc of this issue, but ex did get shot too UGH) so I have a partner on my wavelength. I'm sorry you have to deal with that and hope you do have SOME real people to commiserate with.
I find a surprising (well, maybe not) amount of comfort in these substack chats though - just really knowing I'm not alone - even though I don't know y'all in person!
Hang in there. All of my 2nd marriage people got it RIGHT this time around, as well as
learned their lessons well and act on what they learned.
In my case, my hubs was probably more
conservative, DEF more of a homeopathic/ alternative meds guy than I and more Christian to boot. Idk exactly when the liberal, Kamala-considering, (also considered Obama and Biden but didn’t pull the trigger if he was honest telling me), ALL allopathic, ALL the tests and doc visits type guy, plus he hasn’t seen his bible in 5-6 years.
How do I know this? Out of sheer curiosity while dusting it one day, I decided to hide it just to see how long it may take for him to ask about it. I figured it would be weeks. Before I knew it, it was years.
This is part of the reason I believe some of this blindness is because they don’t have eyes to see and ears to hear/they refuse to be “a watchman on the walls” as the bible tells us to be in these times.
I could never live with someone who wasn't like me. EVER. The TV offends me. And getting shot? A lot? How could we even talk about any little thing after that? Hubs was coerced into one shot 4 years ago to keep his job. I am on the other end running around like a chicken with my head cut off trying to find any way to exempt him. Didn't work, and as a former military, he didn't think too much of it. Until he did. PTL he is healthy and just fine because I am pretty sure his lot was placebo/saline. I look up howbadismybatch and it was one of the lots that don't make me run screaming from the room.
I feel your pain, my friend! Hubby took two Moderna. Don't even ask what kind of shitshow it was around here for quite some time. I, too checked howbadismybatch and same. Thank the Lord, indeed. I still pray that he received placebo/saline. I wrote a couple of articles on the extreme batch variability. If you didn't get the placebo you either keeled over within a couple of days or you are going to spend the rest of your life wondering Wtf is coming!
Hubby seems to be in perfect health and has never had any side effects.
I know so many people who died, got a brain tumor, turbo cancer, heart problems, etc.! Every single one of them, dead now or still kicking, is baffled and or in severe denial.
MOST of the time, I’m terrific at telling myself misery loves
company and I refuse to be miserable. If he wants to circle the drain, he can circle it alone. As for CNN talking heads being
life size in my very centralized den, I spend a LOT of time at my barn or reading. Your substack and a handful of others, along with my little tribe of sincere-study-ers of the bible, get me through. I find a world of solace in your telling it like it is, tongue in cheek.
Sometimes, such as when he makes a comment like, “FINALLY!” over something said in the news, to which I’d have reacted, “Wait, WHAT??!?” I lose it for a few minutes.
Recently, the talking heads go, “Trump pulled out of the Green New Deal.” One of us said, “YES!” and the other said, “OH my GOSH”, in disgust.
An argument may have ensued. 😝
It’s stupid for me to engage, very much a no-win-shit-u-a-tion so rising to the bait is foolish on my part.
Does that sorta answer your question?
And have I mentioned how grateful I am that you reach into my fully taxed brain and string my random thoughts together so well and so humorously? You’ve been a big part of my lifesaving flotation device protocol during my constant treading water in this ever deepening sea of tumult. 🛟 GRACIAS!
<3 It feels so unbelievably alienating to be standing outside that bubble, and I can't open the metaphorical door to let them out. All my opening the door would do would ensure they would slam the door shut and never talk to me again. Or they might talk to me, but they'd never trust me or think of me the same way again. So I stand outside the bubble and watch. Because I love them and don't want to lose them (and I know there are those who would say, they're not really your friends etc - you're better off without them - but I want them in my life, even so. I just feel sad that we're on opposing "teams" and don't know if they'll ever be able to understand where I am right now).
If you don't mind me saying this with empathy; these people are cucoo for coco puffs and not your friends! Family are in a different realm all together because we don't chose them.
I know it hurts to walk away from loved ones and those you once called friends. I was in the same sinking ship a few years ago. I walked away because listening to the outright moronic bullshit hurt me to my core. They all thought I was a nutjob, cruel, stupid, uninformed, conspiracy theorist, grandma killer; you fecking name the defamation!
TBH, I am much happier (with fewer “friends”) and grounded in truth rather than twisting myself into a pretzel 🥨.
I lost my mum to the lies, propaganda, deceit, etc. We had a full blown nuclear event October 2021 (over the poison bioweapon) when I refused to be coerced, shamed, demoralized and other niceties!
An unnamed hospital literally ended mum’s life in Toronto, Chinada on September 8, 2022. Dead within hours of entering that fecking kill box! Entered a vibrant 88 year old. Exited in a box of ashes.
I do know what it is to lose loved ones and friends for truth, but to this day, I DO NOT REGRET my decision! I am healthy and alive for that one fateful decision and I will not put up with one minute of lies or outright BULLSHIT from anyone. Never!
I'm so sorry about your mom :( That is AWFUL on every level. What a sad ending :(
I'm not in the same place as you in terms of being willing to lose people - I know they're cuckoo for coco puffs, but I still love these people. I just make sure we NEVER EVER talk about anything even vaguely in the realm of this stuff. Ever. I avoid all conversation in those realms because it is indeed too much to listen to.
But I do relate to the not wanting to twist myself into a pretzel...I'm definitely more pretzel-y than I want. But until cancel culture ends - I'm unable to un-pretzel myself as my livelihood could be impacted. Unless I move to a red state, which won't be happening anytime soon.
I am not prepared to pick up and lose almost EVERYONE I've known and loved for much of my life :/
I respect your position on some many things you say. Believe me! I live in Commie Cali and (as you know) I am inundated with the constant lunacy.
We are not staying here forever, for sure. Cali may revive, but this girl ain't sticking around to find out.
I left all family and friends in Canada over 30 years ago and I have zero regrets. Look at the fecking mess Chinada put itself in-Carnage, anyone!?
You're right to do what's best for you, Bridget. Be well, happy, and avoid all syringes, experts, allopathic morons, and leftist loonies. Trust that God has a plan for you. 🙏❤️💯
You are not the only one here who lives in CommieKali, all my friends have left and are writing me from a bunch of different states saying we should move there.
oh god, you have no idea how sick it makes me to hear that. :( I could cry. (about jabbing the already damaged kid.)
parents in my community want nothing to do with the ones in denial regarding their child's disability. I know its sounds harsh but we tend to circle the wagons out of necessity.
It makes sense to me that you'd do that. The rage and fear of the other moms isn't something you need.
I've only known her a few years but I know she could NEVER. EVER. consider even the SEED of a thought that she may have inadvertently had anything to do with causing this. It would, I think, literally kill her. So she's stuck where she is.
Her mindset is very much TRUST THE SCIENCE. In her dating app profile, she listed that as a requirement for a partner. so. That's where her mindset is. The shift from that to "wait...is there ANY CHANCE..." would, I think, break her. Not just the pain of the realization - but the overwhelm at having your worldview SHATTERED. I think it would be too much for many, but especially with her overall state of mind, I just don't think she can go there.
That said, she's INCREDIBLY smart, and her inability / unwillingness to understand what Kennedy is ACTUAL saying, is staggering to me. I mean - of course she ADORES her son and would die for him. But wouldn't she have preferred he be able to live an independent life? If something in his life caused this, and could have been avoided, wouldn't that be preferable? There's no denial of worth. But the fact is, they'd both likely be a great deal happier if he could live his life without tremendous external assistance in his daily activities. That's not a judgment. That's a fact.
the guilt (realizing your decision may have contributed to your child's disability) is very real, Bridget. its one of the things that my mentoring group has to deal with often. 'know better, do better' and 'use your energy to heal now' are two of the ideas we use to help with this. of course you can't deal with something you refuse to see... and sadly some never do. :( we can't help them (or their kids) at that point. again, using limited mental and emotional energy wisely.
It got worse! I just saw a comment by a friend of a friend about RFK. This person posited that RFK was dehumanizing autistics in order to remove all empathy so that the NIH/CDC could stop all vaccine production and thus create a society that would sicken and die, and allow China to take over as a world power. Like this is a nefarious political plot to destroy America. Yet we're the crazy ones!
these people are absolutely nutso, out of their minds, simply making shit up out of thin air. they literally are not actually listening/reading what he is actually saying. 100% and I would say so to their faces if given the chance.
I've listened to Bobby for over a decade, when nobody but the autism community WAS listening, he's been the keynote speaker at OUR treatment/advocacy conferences as far back as 2013. I've met him at the Chicago premiere of the documentary "Trace Amounts". his friends in the environmental restoration movement abandoned him because he DARED to even question vaccines (which literally is ALL he is doing!). he co-founded Children's Health Defense with activist autism moms (cuz yeah WE are all about 'dehumanizing our own children! WTF?!) oh and yeah, the human race would sicken and die without vaccines. gee, what about the thousands upon thousands of years BEFORE they even existed?? argh. we ARE sickening and dying WITH pharma interventions... that's the entire point.
Reading the comment thread on this friend's fb post honestly makes me feel like i've been dropped into an alien world. these people view the world SO DIFFERENTLY and it's hard for me to understand them.
One of the posters was the parent of an autistic kid - not sure what level - but even if it were level 3, like my friend who can't get her head out of the sand, yep, that's where they are. This person was saying that Kennedy clearly had never worked with or talked to families of autistic people. I nearly choked. I wish you could dive into the thread and give them a stern talking to, but even if you could, they wouldn't listen.
I get it - having to break down and reintegrate my worldview has not been easy. Being faced with that decision is very scary.
I have a level 1 kid, with zero shots (except vit K, - not by choice, we wanted the oral drops but were in the hospital and we couldn't refuse without a lawyer). So I know there are multiple causes. I just keep thinking how lucky we are that we didn't do shots because I can only imagine where we'd be now (and I know, to some that would read the same as "thank goodness I got the Covid shot, or I might have gotten Covid so much worse!" reads to us. This is my bias). But it feels very very true, and having met MANY moms like you - I don't doubt for a second this is a HUGE FACTOR (probably the hugest) in what's happening now. I'm really hoping RFK can make an awareness dent....but it's an uphill climb for sure.
I have two friends with kids who have T1D, diagnosed in first few years. No family history. Normal? Sure.
I mean - preaching to the choir.
I get how hard it is for people to pull their heads out of the sand though. I mean - if you can no longer trust one of the hugest, most infallible tenets of society, that shots saved us all from the minute they were invented - what can you trust? What's left once you realize you've been lied to like that?
RFK jr was the keynote speaker for in at least three different years of the international conference called Autism One. I attended 2 of those, personally. one was way back in 2013, I believe. he definitely was there in 2014!!!
it blows my mind that these idiots (sorry but they ARE idiots and I am very much opposed to name-calling) can make blanket statements with literally ZERO effort to see if the shit they are blabbing is actually factual! omg
I’m against sinking to the low of name-calling and profanity as well, but see it increasing in public statements from the far left. What it tells me is 1) they either cannot or will not use logical reasoning paired with empirical evidence and, 2) they choose to navigate life solely on the level of emotion. Feelings matter above all else. Feelings trump reason. This is child-like, and intentionally so, I believe. I’m working on deeper understanding of the choice to remain in intellectual/emotional childhood…How do they benefit? Or a better question, who benefits from a society of intellectually hobbled adults??
wow! 'not talked to families effected by autism'... that's INSANE that someone would make that statement. I can give you a link RIGHT NOW to a video of him WITH a profoundly autistic son of one of his campaign workers and him saying how THIS BOY & others like him, are what he has based his mission on!!!
It is hard to fathom how so many people just haven't heard the alternate viewpoints yet. I mean I get it - but I also don't. At this point, even if you weren't worried about it being HARMFUL, don't you at least know it's useless?
oh its absolutely REFUSE to hear anything that doesn't fit the preexisting belief system. that's why my FORMER BFF (of over 45 years!) and I haven't spoken since last September. literally refused to look, automatically took up a contrary position, insisted that I was the one who 'fell for it'... yeah, arrogance and ignorance are NOT an attractive combo in a supposed 'friend'.
That's rough. The covid/vaxx (ALL vaxx) madness is like a cult or something. I've been shocked at how people cannot be swayed by any amount of credible information. I have my biases for sure, but at least I try to see the other side and weigh the evidence. Right now, the balance of evidence for most (all?) vaxxes is trending towards a hard no. Certainly I, nor my wife, will ever get one again. Ever.
I am engaging with a 75 year old presumably USA man on Wordpress who blogs and vehemently lags off those who are against vaccines. He says he had vaccines as a child and is up to date with COVID and 'flu vaccines.
The bottom line is, harms aside which has always occurred to some extent, that they are as you indicate of no benefit whatsoever except to big pharma profits. Such people refuse to entertain the thought they have been well and truly conned.
He said in one post that Trump got the vaccine as though this proves it is ok, ignoring the fact he hates Trump and wouldn't trust him.
simply a smorgasbord of brilliantly quotable sentences. I'm having choice fatigue to pick one to highlight on FB (yeah, I do occasionally bother, for shits and giggles. my autism mom friends still like me ;) )
Megan Kelly shared a clip of Maddow expounding forth about the 'worst president ever. worst first 100 days. shockingly low approval ratings...' the woman literally lives in la-la land and/or is fully aware that she is 100% making shit up to pander to the whole dozen or so people actually still watching her pathetic channel.
the corporate media reminds me of that old Monty Python skit where a film director has to have trenches dug in order for the other actors to appear shorter than the arrogant, conceited 'star'. the only way they can prop up the increasingly stupid shit they try to pull off, is by throwing truth and common sense into a big hole. Dudes and dudettes: IT AIN'T WORKIN' NO MORE! we see the trench in the camera angle. hellllloooo...
Common sense left the building circa 2020 (& surely sooner although 2020 is when its absence could no longer be ignored). I HOPE it’s making a comeback. Now if the administration would make Ivermectin & other truly safe meds OTC nationwide AND ban chem trails in every state, I’ll feel we’re getting somewhere….
Longest single word anagram from pharmacetical (apart from pharmaceutic) is 'malpractice'.
So from pharmaceutical industry we may get 'mad parasitic cruelty Hun'. As the industry has it roots in Germany this is suitable. There are many more apt phrases.
I wonder how many Doctors hold stocks in the Vaccine and pill manufacturers.
I read the book JABBED on Kindle and it is an eye opener EVERY becoming parent should study.
Kindle has a direct link to source unlike reading it on paper.
Another great book is LIES I TAUGHT IN MEDICAL SCHOOL plus another one THE GREAT CHOLESTEROL MYTH. Your primary care jabber and drug dealer likely doesn't know these things.
I turned off the TV and have been on a reading kick the last couple months besides Substack and have read over 25 books on assorted subjects. The medical books are eye openers.
From the first article on the link above - Science vs Anti-science...
The definition of “science” is being auctioned off to the highest bidder via “scientific” studies published in “scientific” peer-reviewed journals and then promoted by their well-compensated “scientific” mouthpieces in the “scientific” medical media. All of it done scientifically, of course.
🤣🤣 You know you’re going to have an amazing day full of upbeat energy when in the first 30 seconds of reading Jenna you get, “If someone doesn’t name their band the Alarmed Health Experts, I’ll be so disappointed.” 🤣🤣 Laughed so hard the grin is stuck in place right now.
Strange, isn't it, that the same sort of medical "experts" who dismiss complementary and alternative therapies due to their supposed lack of testing via placebo-controlled double-blinded studies support mandating drugs not subjected to the same sort of rigorous testing? On the grounds that it would be unethical?
In fact concoctions containing mercury and aluminium which we know to be harmful... And aborted fetal material for those that have a concern about that!!!
Mandy, that is so true! You get an A+ this morning for putting that truth into context. Wonder if Rachel Maddow could wrap her far left brain around that? 😂
I doubt it. I doubt anybody in the media could. In all fairness, they're journalists. They know (or should know) journalism. Their education was pretty slim on science and math. In most cases, they're repeating things they've been told by the experts with a spin or bias dictated by their employer. I'm less upset by the Rachel Maddows of the world than I am by the "experts" like Fauci, Hotez, members of editorial boards of The Lancet, etc, who should know better. I would also say that there is plenty of good work being done and good research being published. Rather than endlessly complaining about how the MSM is getting it wrong, why not read and discuss primary source material being produced by people working hard to get it right? The MSM never will, but it's out there, readily available on the internet. It's great there are people like Dana Ullman, Stephen Buhner (RIP) and A Midwestern Doctor trying to summarize such information for us, but it would be better if more people read the primary material and formed their own opinions.
If only it was *just* the vaccines that are no longer part of rigorous testing or even actual skepticism or - hear me out - actual thinking and applying knowledge as healthcare providers.
It took nearly three years and visiting 10 specialists to diagnose my son. The one visit that stands out is the rheumatologist … waited 4 months for an appointment with her. Got to the hospital and during the appointment the computers went down! She said we’d have to reschedule. I said can’t you just write the results of the exam down on paper and enter it in later?? She looked at me like I was a whacko … and I knew then that she did not know what to do next without the computer telling her.
Zero critical thinking skills. Maybe too much fluoride in the water 😂
Thank you for the thought! Daniel had Chiari 1 - his brain outgrew his skull and was creeping down the spinal column, cutting off spinal fluid flow - thankfully he out grew the condition.
I voted, "brilliant", as it is the only sane scientific approach. So obvious, it's dumbfounding. Have we forgotten that during the plandemic we *allowed* the revision of the Definition of Vaccine!?!
“Sirs, trust left the building with the Delta variant and took your plexiglass dividers with it.” Oh my goodness Jenna, this is hilarious. Thank you for my morning cheery positivity. Elvis would be proud😂
Let’s make licking doorknobs great again!🤣
YAY! I prefer the antique crystal glass door knobs myself. On second thought…
my house is full of those. guess I hit the trendy jackpot ;)
Nice! My house got the nasty wallpaper. I refuse to lick that off. It actually was so tough to get off we covered it with plasterboards in some rooms. What were sentient humans thinking! 🤬🙄🤔
I sure hope it wasn't formaldehyde-infused Chinese plasterboard.
My mother wall papered her (now my) entire house--including many closets and ceilings. WOOF!!
Were those glass doorknobs to ease discharging static electricity from walking on carpet during dry days?
Because Crystal doorknobs would be a good “placebo” because of the high lead content? That could work, as long as lead and mercury have similar effects.
(I'm sure my steel mill working class neighborhood home has the plain glass knock offs ;) )
Will there be placebo door knobs?
So funny! To bad LMLDGA isn't quite as catchy as MAHA. 😂🤣😂
🤣
gross.
😅
More delicious snark from Jenna. 😎
NO!!! Don’t take it!!! OMG hear me out.
OMG I am outraged reading this. I'm so sorry this happened to you Juju. :(
Today 95% of Drs' are useless money grubbers. We need to go back to homeopathy and natural herbal remedies. Look up the "Forgotten Home Apothecary" By Nicole Apelian Ph,D
It is wonderful.
I found the best herb shop in a little town in Idaho. She has teas, bulk herbs and can brew up or make what you so desire. Goldmine.
I have one a couple of towns away from me as well. And I am beginning to learn more about the herbal remedies.
I HATE clicking a “like” reaction to this story … wish there was an “infuriated” button 💔
let's all agree that the 'like' button doubles for 'empathize'
Agreed.
Yes! How many times I've thought this in the last few months of being on Substack!
I am so sorry that you happened to you. I am very happy you did your own research (God forbid!) and found some good options.
I think we all have an horrendous experience or two to share when it has to do with allopathic sick care.
It’s important to share, so this shit is revealed!
I wouldn't stop researching the osteoporosis issue. You never know what you may find. 🙏❤️
Thank you very much for sharing, Juju!
Wow! I’m sorry,Juju! But,very glad you found your health,again..
It’s difficult to believe doctors told people that ANY organ in our body is “useless”! But,they sure did, probably still do…
My poor mother had everything taken out that could possibly be removed over the years, including uterus, tonsils, appendix. She didn’t live to reach 60!
Hi Juju, A Midwestern Doctor Has an extensive article on osteoporosis here: https://open.substack.com/pub/amidwesterndoctor/p/the-great-osteoporosis-scam
Check out my t-shirt - Not a Karen (front) At least not today (on the back) at www.inkfunny.com
THE BEST 🔥👏
I wonder why the knee joints of cows is specified?
Thank you for the information as many of us are told we have “osteoporosis “…
Thank you,karen!
Oh good! That’s one of my only two subscriptions so I will be able to read it in full. Thank you!
I hope you find something helpful. Have a wonderful spring weekend!
Boron is good for bone health. Learned that from the great Barbara O’Neill.
Saw this on borax: https://open.substack.com/pub/curioushumanproductions/p/cure-arthritis-candida-detox-fluoride?r=nl3ud&utm_medium=ios&utm_campaign=post
I can find my links to the pro and the con articles if you’re interested.
Strontium ranelate, a strontium(II) salt of ranelic acid. If I had to guess, the change from “safe and effective” to, “you can’t have it,” may have something to do with inability to patent natural ingredients? IDK. The terribly expensive drugs available in the USA are terrible imho.

https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/16787205/
“All these results suggest that strontium ranelate is a new, effective and safe treatment of vertebral and non-vertebral osteoporosis, with a unique mode of action.”
https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/15578158/
“Strontium ranelate thus offers significant clinical benefits in terms of efficacy, tolerability, and ease of administration in the treatment of postmenopausal women with vertebral osteoporotic fractures.”
https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/15728210/
“Strontium ranelate increased bone mineral density throughout the study, reaching at 3 yr (P < 0.001): +8.2% (femoral neck) and +9.8% (total hip). Incidence of adverse events (AEs) was similar in both groups.
Conclusion: This study shows that strontium ranelate significantly reduces the risk of all nonvertebral and in a high-risk subgroup, hip fractures over a 3-yr period, and is well tolerated. It confirms that strontium ranelate reduces vertebral fractures. Strontium ranelate offers a safe and effective means of reducing the risk of fracture associated with osteoporosis.
https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/14749454/
“Strontium ranelate increased bone mineral density at month 36 by 14.4 percent at the lumbar spine and 8.3 percent at the femoral neck (P<0.001 for both comparisons). There were no significant differences between the groups in the incidence of serious adverse events.
Conclusions: Treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis with strontium ranelate leads to early and sustained reductions in the risk of vertebral fractures.”
https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/16910420/
“Clinical trials (phase III) have proved the efficiency of strontium ranelate in postmenopausal osteoporosis treatment. Strontium ranelate is a drug characterized by the new paradigm of action mechanism on bone, which has its place among the already well-proven drugs in postmenopausal osteoporosis treatment.”
https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/18512789/
“Our findings indicate that treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis with strontium ranelate results in a sustained reduction in the incidence of osteoporotic nonvertebral fractures, including hip fractures, and vertebral fractures over 5 years.”
https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/19783590/
Adherence to treatment in the trials exceeded 80%, and the adverse event profile of SR was similar to that of placebo. Taken together, these long-term findings clearly demonstrate that SR is safe and effective in reducing both vertebral and non-vertebral (particularly hip) fracture risks for at least 5 years of pre-planned follow-up.
https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/19783589/
Incr risk of pulmonary emboli and heart probs (in elderly, sedentary?)
https://americanbonehealth.org/medications-bone-health/why-strontium-is-not-advised-for-bone-health/
https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/16910420/ (“no difference between SR and SCl”)
I was in touch with a supplier in India; it’s “industrial” of course, but “99.9% pure.” Still thinking about it since I’m at risk too…
So sorry to hear your struggles, Juju, but thanks for sharing your cautionary tale so it can help others. In addition to The Midwestern Doctor article a commenter already shared, you might check out these for information on osteoporosis:

P.S. And check out this new post by A Midwestern Doctor, May 4, 2025:
https://www.midwesterndoctor.com/p/what-we-arent-told-about-osteoporosis
Take care!!
Saw this today. Maybe worth knowing. https://open.substack.com/pub/curioushumanproductions/p/cure-arthritis-candida-detox-fluoride?r=nl3ud&utm_medium=ios&utm_campaign=post
Juju, I hit "like" but I wish there was another option! Reading your story reminds of Dr. Yoho's book, "Butchered by 'Healthcare'". I am so sorry you are dealing with this.
Mrs. "the Knife"
Simple answer: Don't take the PPI. Testing prior to the FDA approval was probably rushed through.
Yes, Janet— liquid aloe and marshmallow root.
One of my fave FB sites is called THE NATURAL HEALTH LIBRARY. I brew
my own colloidal silver on account of them. (Ultimate weirdo stuff— but ultra healing). Everything I’ve tried at the recommendation of TNHL has been worth the hype. Angie can be a little
rough around the edges but Terry is fabulous.

You go girl! Hope the aloe works for you!
I would also recommend a high quality probiotic
Janet - highly recommend against the ppi - manages symptoms but doesn't cure. Perhaps find an ND to help locate the exact issue that's causing it so it can be cured.
Someone suggested aloe. There are other herbs too. Also homeopathy.
Aloe, apple cider vinegar.
*low and slow* to start out, with the ACV.
Yeah. I’m trying a couple of tests at home to check that. AMD and Dr. Jockers has great info on the acid thing.
Midwestern Doctor has a great article on that. Look it up on Substack. All the things I wish I'd known back when I was offended at medical care being called an industry. I was SO naive.
Been reading that. Tipped me off to the damage. Not a single doc has mentioned the word “food”. Sigh🙄
The side effects made me drop it. Afterwards, when I spoke to the prescribing doctor, he told me that he gave it to me because most people don't like life-style adjustments as a form of treatment. Thanks doc!
My wife finds lemon and ginger tea beneficial...
I just bought some ginger root. Thanks.
Janet maybe try acupuncture? Very effective for stomach issues.
Castor oil rubbed on skin is very effective for all organ issues, especially liver.
Yikes, typo...I added the 'r' at the end of live. Now, it makes sense.😉
Think very carefully, please. They put my husband on these 5 years ago, and they caused severe neurological damage. His brain has never recovered.
I concur!
It’s unclear to me why anyone wants to be a scientist (by definition an expert) since they are always baffled and alarmed. How wearing it must be.
🤣
Doctors are baffled too
It must have something to do with being an expert, you know, that class of people who have superior knowledge, skills, and intellect, and who think we should depend on them for answers to just about anything, and who like reminding us of that fact? If experts are baffled and alarmed, I guess by extension the rest of us should be terrified. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Awesome article as always, never fails to put a bright spot in my morning!
Maybe some of these warriors should check out Curious Outlier's stack on CD or CDS.
https://unbekoming.substack.com/p/the-ultimate-guide-to-chlorine-dioxide
You can tell the experts by the string of acronyms behind their name! hahahaha!!! I saw someone the other day with around 6 or 7 acronyms!
I screwed this one up hahahaha, the word should have been "acronyms," not anagrams lol. Notice I have no acronyms behind my name? hahahaha!!!!!
Ever notice how the medical staff sort of looks like $ only?
**Update!** I need to update the link to Curious Outlier's Substack article on the Chlorine Dioxide: https://curioushumanproductions.substack.com/p/if-you-cant-stand-the-taste-of-chlorine .
That can't be an accident, can it? LingOL (with a nod to Jenna).
Hahahahaha!
Anagrams are very revealing of phrases and people.
https://baldmichael.substack.com/p/covid-19-phrases-examined
I’m gob smacked that any newspaper could react like that, as if the re/commencement of placebo testing is the big news ticket item here, as opposed to the failure to have been doing it all along. Which is the actual (deeply) shocking thing. Esp for a product given to babies and children.
Bonkers. Absolutely insane.
🎯🎯🎯
The resistance to common sense is truly 🤡 world . It would be funny if it wasn’t so damn dark
😭😭😭
I'm just pretending that you're one of my besties, Jenna 😂😂 (You are, though!!! ...Right? 😆)
👯♀️ 💕
me too! me too! I can be the sad third wheel gf who doesn't get out much ;)
😂
what. in. the. actual. F?? apparently your 'friends' are listening to halfwits like Elizabeth Warren, who only watch cherry-picked little clips of speeches and go off half cocked with idiotic denunciations.
I wish you lived near me. We could commiserate.
😝😝😝😝😝😝😝😝😝😝
HOW DO YOU DO IT * NOT A RHETORICAL QUESTION 😭
ditto this - omg KC - :( aaaaaagh!
hoping like hell I eventually meet someone simpatico (currently single after divorce - not bc of this issue, but ex did get shot too UGH) so I have a partner on my wavelength. I'm sorry you have to deal with that and hope you do have SOME real people to commiserate with.
I find a surprising (well, maybe not) amount of comfort in these substack chats though - just really knowing I'm not alone - even though I don't know y'all in person!
Yes, to all of this.
Every single one of them, dead now or still kicking, is baffled and or in severe denial.
oh I should have my ex check his lot...he took his to keep his job too.
Short answer:
Lots of ashwaganda, margaritas on the weekends with friends, and substack.
🛟 GRACIAS!
It hurts ALOT to watch.
❤️
Well said.
I often think this blindness people have, to which they cling so forcefully, is perhaps supernatural in origin. It’s so pervasive and defies all
logic. It’s palpable. I think it may be otherworldly, and for those who don’t have eyes to see and ears to hear the truth.
The root of the word 'idiot is the Greek 'idios' as meaning 'one's own', so really one's own ideas, refusing to look in the round at all the evidence.
So idiots is perfectly fair.
wow! 'not talked to families effected by autism'... that's INSANE that someone would make that statement. I can give you a link RIGHT NOW to a video of him WITH a profoundly autistic son of one of his campaign workers and him saying how THIS BOY & others like him, are what he has based his mission on!!!
https://www.facebook.com/rfkjr/videos/808698377794826/?__cft__[0]=AZWVs3HTwCtTiq-rv9u2NfaKb_T6AjME2Disk4WV03vKKqzBLbE6J0BzsM799YG_6idKKxC5Kr0MfchGZ_91hmcO0ujC3vjuHND8vtRThIqiUbiSpKeQgcA8vqd8e_clM7XETiaFy7SjbtdMP5AQfFrfAe-zaRIXiDhTLkRXL3AzPv3wZ61ZiJjRQUYuZXPwzv6GQA2IC5s3iomiXZeQSTWpo6Ar_IgbjAENK7tu8t3DFw&__tn__=-UK-R
I hope this link works. ^^ its to the FB post from last Sept, that I mentioned. I don't know any other way to share it.
Ugh. Ran into a guy without his wife. He said she was sick at home--recovering from her latest covid booster. Lemmings.
It is hard to fathom how so many people just haven't heard the alternate viewpoints yet. I mean I get it - but I also don't. At this point, even if you weren't worried about it being HARMFUL, don't you at least know it's useless?
Imo, at this point it feels less like haven't heard and more refuse to hear much less listen or consider.
oh its absolutely REFUSE to hear anything that doesn't fit the preexisting belief system. that's why my FORMER BFF (of over 45 years!) and I haven't spoken since last September. literally refused to look, automatically took up a contrary position, insisted that I was the one who 'fell for it'... yeah, arrogance and ignorance are NOT an attractive combo in a supposed 'friend'.
Ever.
know better, do better. good on you guys!
absolutely like a cult. when one doesn't even want to consider evidence to the contrary, that's a belief or faith, not a evidence-based opinion.
Glad you acknowledge your biases, I seek to do the same, it is the route to wisdom. And yes, covid insanity a cult indeed.

We’re supposed to be “watchmen on the walls” and to have “eyes that see and ears to hear”.
Some don’t have them, and some DO, they simply refuse to be watchmen.
That's a very fair point.
Maddow was born on April Fool's day. This was an omen. If you haven't seen.
https://alphaandomegacloud.wordpress.com/2022/12/02/rachael-maddow-u-s-a-television-news-program-host-and-liberal-political-commentator/
The pharmaceutical industry is a blood sucking parasite on the back of humanity. Hurrah for RF Kennedy Jr.
They are typically paid for pushing them anyway.
Awesome as always!!! https://doctorschierling.com/?s=science+highest+bidder
Well said Jenna. I come here for a fresh perspective and you do not fail.
Going back to finish reading … 😂
😊💕
Same here! Good thing I wasn’t drinking anything…it would’ve certainly exited through my nose.😆
I’d love to start a band with that name, but unfortunately my musical talent stops at playing the radio.
Great point.
And in actuality the alternative therapies HAVE been tested. But the MDs/DOs don't read those journals.
We can't deny people their poisons, can we?
Other - hear me out 😂
If only it was *just* the vaccines that are no longer part of rigorous testing or even actual skepticism or - hear me out - actual thinking and applying knowledge as healthcare providers.
Realizing I sound like a downer … funny and thought-provoking stack today, Jenna! Thank you 😊
On a more upbeat note - so many heroes that I met while getting help for Daniel!
That.is.absurd.
I bet you didn't go back to that one.
Fluoride not nice but I suspect it may be mercury poisoning. You see 'rheumatologist' anagrams to 'thimerosal gout'. :)
🤣💕
