Not only should they overturn the law, but they should RICO every politician who voted for it, put the state into receivership for 50 years (along with Minnesota, Washington, Oregon, New Mexico, etc.) and require DOJ sign off on any law changes just like the Dems did to Republicans for their voting map changes for decades.

(3) Do both of the above and tell Gavin that you might consider turning the money spigot back on when the Palisades are completely rebuilt with single family homes (no affordable housing) and all of the reservoirs are full.

I skimmed a portion of the actual bill. On the surface it does read fairly reasonable. Once again the government is wasting legislative hot air making a crime illegal. I'm not quite sure why our government wastes so much doing this duplicity.

Democrats create the conditions of poverty and crime holding black people in areas they call “congressional districts” which are actually their modern day plantations but with more free stuff.
