Hi Jenna, thanks for sharing my piece with your readers!

And honestly this was hilarious. You might be surprised to know we feel very similarly about many things.

I also wanted to point you and your readers to a conversation I had with Pierre Kory and Bret Weinstein while at CHD. It’s on the Why Should I Trust You? podcast. Bret called it “great” and “productive”. Pierre said “We need more conversations like this.” If you have trouble finding it, it’s pinned to Pierre’s Twitter profile.

Well played, sir. Genuinely.

Appreciate you being such a good sport. I listened to the podcast yesterday (Pierre sent it to me right after reading my piece), and I agree, we absolutely need more conversations like that.

As for us “feeling similarly about many things”… after reading some of your work and hearing that interview, I’m certainly curious what you think those might be! 😄 I'm skeptical but game to find out. If you’re ever up for a chat, I’m in.

Craig Spencer's avatar

Jenna, send me an email and let’s find time to chat.

Jenna McCarthy's avatar

I just emailed. :)

I’m so very curious,Jenna, what Craig means by “this was hilarious “. It doesn’t quite come off ( to me) as a sincere compliment on your marvelous writing style. Is that what it was? The written word can be so difficult to accurately comprehend when the motives of the writer is suspect..

Either way, more intelligent,non- biased discussion on this subject is definitely needed. I truly hope Craig takes the time to look at the research that Tom and Laura, and,so many other amazing people have done…!

Thank you.

Eli's avatar

His "hilarious" complement did sound sincere to me. And it's awesome that they are communicating. Will await a report!

I wish someone could send the article Jenna wrote about Riley Gaines to Riley. I think she would love it.

Tonee norman's avatar

Ok. Good!

I agree about the potential communication. Hopefully,we will see some positive exchange…

Juju's avatar

Possibly the similarities are nothing more than “we feel and think the same things about all of you” - so projection trap. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Laura Kasner's avatar

Craig - if you have any desire to delve more into the clots my colleague, Tom Haviland showed you while you were waiting in line, my Substack will provide you with the information. And if need be, our team is always willing to answer any questions - in particular our organic chemist and our neuroscientist.

Also, Dr. Philip McMillan from the UK writes often about the subject:

Craig, on 8 June 2025 I was a Guest Speaker at the Tennessee Funeral Directors Association Annual Convention in Franklin, TN. Their 2024-2025 President, Mr. Taylor Moore, invited me there because the TN funeral directors and embalmers are still VERY CONCERNED about these WHITE FIBROUS CLOTS that they NEVER saw before until 2021 AFTER the Covid jabs rolled out. I conducted an in-person paper survey that same day in which the TN embalmers responded that they were finding the WHITE FIBROUS CLOTS in the veins and arteries of a SHOCKING 17% of their corpses during the first half of 2025!

Watch this and see that about two-thirds of these Tennessee embalmers leave their hands up when asked if they have seen this new type of horrific WHITE FIBROUS CLOT over the past few years. Keep in mind that I had no idea how many would leave their hands up when I asked this question. If zero had left their hands up, then we all could have considered this a hoax and just walked away. But watch the video and see just how many TN embalmers leave their hands up, indicating that they are indeed seeing these WHITE FIBROUS CLOTS. I think that you'll be shocked, Craig!

In fact, Craig, I invite you to write an article to warn your readers about these new WHITE FIBROUS CLOTS that have been causing strokes and heart attacks for the last 5 years, ever since the Covid jabs came out. Please feel free to use any of the information on my partner, Ms. Laura Kasner's free "Clotastrophe" Substack at LauraKasner.Substack.com

Craig, we definitely need more conversation. Every viewpoint should be discussed calmly and rationally.

I'm glad you can appreciate Jenna's humor. She's a very skilled author that does a great job of bringing important (and not so important) attention to a variety of topics.

Tonya's avatar

Just in case you missed it here in Jenna's piece —

Note to Spencer: Your side already tried floating the pandemic amnesty idea. Remember? That whole golly-we-were-all-hoodwinked-weren’t-we-so-let’s-just-forgive-each-other-and-have-a-nice-group-hug appeal that showed up unexpected and dripping in liberal denial? It was not well-received. (Also, no way! The author of that piece is your colleague at Brown? The serendipity of it all!) You don’t “reach across the aisle” when the people on the other side are still holding loaded syringes and have yet to apologize for maiming your boss or murdering your best friend. That’s not bipartisanship; that’s Stockholm Syndrome with better PR.

Mary Ann Caton's avatar

I am over the moon with hope that MAHA and the medical establishment might be able to start up a conversation in which our side is not treated like lepers or traitors or fascists or, well , you know how it was during covid. I look forward to the medical community taking us seriously. Thank you for your kind words.

Brinda Adhikari's avatar

I love it too. Mary Ann, do check out my podcast. We have hosted over a dozen conversations between MAHA supporters and the public health and medical establishment (we hosted Craig and Pierre and Bret a few days ago). Yes, there are profound areas of disagreement. But it’s where y’all agree that is incredibly inspiring.

Oh you sweet summer child.

Foundry Girl's avatar

It seems to me as if the good doctor came to see if he could figure out how to change the medical freedom movement back into the public health establishment sheep flock. He came, he saw and left with no evidence that he was actually open to anything. Just a reconnaissance mission!!!

MS's avatar

You lost me at "public (health)".

Public health has been an unmitigated disaster for the last few decades, probably because it's been completely coopted by $pecial interests, namely pharma.

As much as I typicaly would give you (and anyone) the benefit of doubt that you came to engage sincerely with good intentions, you admit (in your essay) that you were there "to understand what you were up against". So yes it would be fun to spar with you and your foolishness, but I'm not interested in being your training partner.

I will say this; the fact that a "public health" (sarcasm quotes) advocates feel the need to engage with this community and it's no longer enough to silence or othwerwise ignore us, shows progress. A tiny bit of progress. But we'll take it.

P.S. are you up to date on your covid boosters?

Mary Ann Caton's avatar

The field of Public Health appears to have descended into Group Think, encouraged by the federal public health agencies. Its concerns should be its traditional concerns: water, sewage, and the like and not the right of individuals to exercise informed consent.

Mary Ann Caton's avatar

One of my favorite thoughts, which should be applied to what has happened to public health, is this from C.S.Lewis: "OF ALL TYRANNIES, A TYRANNY EXERCISED FOR THE GOOD OF ITS VICTIMS MAY BE THE MOST OPPRESSIVE. IT MAY BE BETTER TO LIVE UNDER ROBBER BARONS THAN UNDER OMNIPOTENT MORAL BUSYBODIES. THE ROBBER BARONS CRUELTY MAY SOMETIMES SLEEP, HIS CUPIDITY MAY

AT SOME POINT BE SATIATED; BUT THOSE WHO TORMENT US FOR OUR OWN GOOD WILL TORMENT US WITHOUT END, FOR THEY DO SO WITH THE

APPROVAL OF THEIR OWN CONSCIENCE." That is what covid did to us. And it will be a very long time before I forget or forgive.

Laura Kasner's avatar

Tom Haviland makes me so proud 💪💪💪💪💪💪💪

Craig’s article made me realize something. They have no idea the power we have and the minds we’ve changed. And NO ONE is going over to “their” side. Our ranks are growing. And I want to assure everyone here, we are WINNING.

SeeingTruth's avatar

The WHITE CLOTS have now entered STAT NEWS!!! Greatful Craig Spencer went to the CHD conference and wrote about Tom Haviland approaching him and showing a vial of the white fibrous clots - as they say, "no publicity is bad publicity".

It makes me ponder if any of his colleagues who read his "essay" and have seen the clots in their practices will wake up some more.

Bill Rice, Jr.'s avatar

I noticed he included no links to Laura’s Substack - which includes scores of taboo clot PHOTOS and results of all of Tom’s embalmer surveys.

Laura Kasner's avatar

Bill - bummer, right?

But he now has Jenna’s post here because I emailed him a link. 😄

Bill Rice, Jr.'s avatar

Send him some clot photos as well. Ask him, “your comment?”

Will Falconer, DVM's avatar

BOOM! Go for it, Laura!

Laura Kasner's avatar

SeeingTruth - thinking about this a bit more.

He didn’t have to mention in his post about Tom showing him the clots. And it was his very first sentence! He really said nothing truly derogatory other than “alleged”.

I have very little doubt that people like that are paid handsomely to attend such gatherings of any type of organized activity that *might* negatively impact the bottom lines of pharmaceutical corporations.

*Very* little doubt. These fools need to open their bank accounts and prove to us all that they don't take piles of Pharma cash. Try asking. I have many times online. They always disappear at that point. Peter Hotez is a wonderful example. Bought & paid for, no doubt whatsoever.

Eli's avatar

Interesting, Keith. I was at a Brownstone Institute Health Freedom conference this past September at Polyface farm, and reporters from Politico kept trying to sneak onto the farm even though they were told they were not welcome. I never did find out if they wrote an article about the conference.

SeeingTruth's avatar

I find it fascinating that he described Tom as "gregarious" and wrote things about Tom's history and yet neglected to add a descriptor to "clots". Fantastic that you emailed him - and can't wait to hear what happens next!

Bridget's avatar

I WANT to be more open-minded than that. But.

Positively Paying It Forward's avatar

One has to ponder why this Craig/Pub Hlth dude would be compelled to 'get out of (Dodge) town and head off to Austin.

Was it due to the possibility that his wife was complaining that the kids just aren't the same any longer after they received their annual shots to attend 'public' school?

Was it due to the possibility that a Pub Hlth cohort who lives/works in the Austin area was just diagnosed with turbo cancer, and he needed a way to visit and write off the expenses as a (business??) justifiable event by writing an article about it?

Might it be that while at work back at Brown his phone keeps blowing up with angry citizenry demanding answers why 57% of kids now suffer from chronic illnesses and they want to know what he's doing about it?

Keith Jajko's avatar

Everyone with white fibrous clots should simply mail them to the writer, and his "editors." It's reached a point where someone needs to slap death clots onto their foreheads.

Demonhype's avatar

And you just made me think of that Batman slapping Robin meme except Batman is slapping Robin with one of those big ol' night crawler white clots and the idea of slapping a few people I know with those white clots right in the face gives me a bit of a happy. Obviously I won't resort to such violence irl, but imagining it gives me at least a touch of catharsis on that. Fuck you, deny this.

Yes. And you two, and many others, are doing excellent work to make it happen. (I am doing my bit, too, behind the scenes.)

Unfortunately I know personally a number of people like this person, they have loads of credentials, they are die-hard believers in vaccines, admirers of Dr Fauci (yes, really). They apparently cannot fathom what has happened and what is happening, why their own health, their own family members' health, and their professional status (especially their professional authority / market value) seems to be wobbling or even plummeting, so they grasp at the easy, ego-soothing stories, mainly the ones they get spoon-fed from the legacy media— or, in this instance, that they themselves spoonfed to the media. So they paint it that anyone who questions the "narrative" about "vaccines" is some kind of primitive kook— not worth attending to, other than primly worrying about. For all their professional "authority" they really do not have a freaking clue what they are defending, and it is both frustrating and very sad for me to watch this continuing in my own world for so many years. I appreciate your efforts, Laura Kasner, so much.

Kathryn Caldwell's avatar

Love your comment "And NO ONE is going over to "their" side. Our ranks are growing." This is so true and so encouraging! I have NEVER heard of someone who has refused the jab and revolted against covid mandates for these last 5 years, all of a sudden do an about-face and say, oh wait, they were right and I was wrong. Nope, not anyone. Thanks Jenna and Laura - loved reading this today.

I posted a "letter to the editor" at the website that published Dr. Spencer's report. We'll see if they run it. Here it is:

Dear Editor:

Did the author look closely at the "embalmers' clots" that Tom Haviland showed him? Did he follow-up and look at numerous photos that have been published of these long, thick, never-before-seen white fibrous "clots" that up to 70 percent of surveyed embalmers have been finding on a routine basis in corpses for more than four years?

If Dr. Spencer did this due diligence, what's he think these pictures are showing him? Does he think these are benign substances that are somehow healthy? Does he think this phenomena should be investigated by "public health" agencies? If he thinks such a real investigation is not necessary, why does he think this?

Wouldn't anyone who supports real science be interested in such an inquiry?

Would this website consider doing its own investigation and publishing its own story on these shocking and horrifying-looking substances? If you won't do this, why won't you?

If these calamari-like, rubbery substances were caused by the vaccines, would this concern the author or publishers of this website? If such a finding wouldn’t disturb employees of this medicine and science website, why is this the case?

Also, Stat News should add a Reader Comment section so readers can have a real "democratic" debate on these issues. As the author makes clear, a main point made by conference attendees is that the viewpoints and "evidence" of our (not small) cohort of the population has been censored, shadow-banned and/or denigrated.

Our side isn't afraid of open debate. Those who don't want to engage on these issues are all on your side.

Regarding the response to Covid, we were right; the lockdown-promoting, "safe-and-effective" experts were not only wrong, but spectacularly wrong. And, yes, these “public health” authorities caused great harm to the public.

budesonide for colitis -- as an inhaler??? how does THAT work?

Laura Kasner's avatar

Yes, Jenna, that was me at the CHD Conference showing two vials of the WHITE FIBROUS CLOTS to everyone in line as they were picking up their badges for the conference. And I was happy to explain what the clots were made of for anyone who asked.

What's interesting is that this pro-vax doctor who went undercover at the CHD Conference and thinks that us "anti-vaxxers" are a bunch of kooks, forgets one important thing. How come only about 10% of American adults are now taking the still highly recommended "safe & effective" Covid jabs, when a whopping 80% of American adults took at least the first two Covid jabs?

It seems as though this pro-vax doctor is in the extreme minority now, as most Americans have switched their opinions about the jabs based on listening to us kooky "anti-vaxxers" instead.

I get these “enter this code” reply all the time when I try to make a post. This used to not happen. I also get 10 to 30 “email disabled” messages with every new story I post. I get 5 such messages 60 seconds after I post a story. This is a new development on Substack. I am starting to think someone doesn’t like me. Or hundreds of subscribers who used to like my articles suddenly now don’t.

Meddling Kid's avatar

And before anyone now or future says “we shouldn’t be doxxing him, that’s what the left does”, understand what doxxing is.

Doxxing is when you maliciously publicize the PRIVATE information (phone#) or location (home address) or family info like where their kids go to school. Many politicians, judges, cops, and people with security clearances intentionally keep most of their contact info hidden to provide a layer of protection. Having an inside track to that information and exposing it publicly - THAT is doxxing.

Pointing to a pile of poo on the sidewalk and yelling “Ewww, poo!” is not doxxing. It’s ok to warn people about poo. It’s even ok to take a picture of the poo and email it to your friends and neighbors. They may regret opening that email, but you did nothing wrong.
