I disagree, a pardon implies guilt of a crime. Moore is guilty of nothing but being a hero. Trump, Kennedy and everyone else should be throwing celebration parties to raise attention and praise for such heroes.

Some judges would instantly recognize the persecution via technicality and toss it out, others will go along with the tyrants and presto heroes become prisoners.

It’s the doctors who mindlessly continue to inject the public who should be on trial. It is the people responsible for marketing this untested poison for profit (FDA , Pfizer, Merck, etc. and the CDC ) who should be on trial for murder!
Dr. Moore truly needs us to speak out. Utah loves their psychiatric drugs. It has one of the highest rates of antidepressant use and suicides. Not exactly the best state to be tried in when advocating for medical freedom.

From my perspective, as an attorney, it was possibly good from the standpoint of getting the word out, but possibly a liability because it might piss off a judge. (They were not protesting outside a business that needs customers or an elected official that needs voted.)

I think the best thing we can do is write Pres Trump, AG Bondi and our elected federal representatives and ask them why the Trump/Bondi DOJ is pursuing this lawfare, witch-hunt initiated by the Biden-cabal DOJ. That is what I have done and will continue to do.
